A very arrogant girl with beautiful braids told me to give me shoes size 37.5, in the end when I got home it turned out that she gave me size 37 ?. Now I can't return it because I threw away the box, now the shoes will stay there ?

Great store branch with great customer service. I had ordered a pair of rain boots online and had some issues with sizing and returns, and Jessica helped me get a pair in the proper size from another location. Thanks a ton Jessica, they finally fit!

I was greeted as soon I entered the store. A sales person approached me to inquire about my size and ask if I needed assistance. I was impressed with the customer service, great job to the staff. I saw a wide variety of styles which impressed me. The price points seemed a bit steep however there were plenty of sales. I would definitely return.

Me and my husband bought a pair of shoes here! I love my sperry they are cute and comfortable! I stand in it at the salon all day and my feet didn't hurt bc they have that memory foam in their shoes! The prices are definitely good! The have a sale buy 1 get 2 half off as of 5/2021! If you want some cute comfortable shoes check them out! I'm definitely going back to buy several more pairs!!!

Excellent customer service! I bought a super cute pair of Syren rain boots for myself and my husband wanted a pair of the Bruster rain boots in black for himself at their buy one get one 70% off sale (which cane out to $22 so great deal). They didn’t have my husband’s size so they ordered ones in his size from another outlet and had them shipped to us. After about a week with no boots, I called to follow up to find out that the boots were said to be delivered by fed ex but they never arrived. I spoke with Jessica (who might I add is a customer service rock star and should absolutely be promoted and given a huge raise) and she took care of everything. She filed a claim with fed ex (who we think lost the package) and got us another pair of boots shipped to my door in four days. This is exemplary customer service and would highly recommend this Sperry outlet store.

I ordered Sperry boat shoes for Christmas, and unfortunately, they didn't fit. Thankfully, the outlet takes returns from online orders, so I came here instead of mailing them back or driving to the downtown store. Jess greeted me when I walked in and processed my return. Since I had paperwork from my online order, it was quick and easy. Next, I walked around and looked at other shoes. The 70% off/clearance rack has some great deals if you have small feet (size 5.5-6.5). While I browsed, another employee checked on me and complimented the shoes I tried on. I was happy to see the store adequately staffed. I purchased a pair of gray boat shoes from the clearance area- the original price was $90 but were under $30 with the discount. The buy one get one half off sale is great on regular priced shoes, too. COVID precautions were great, with masks, hand sanitizers, plexiglass, limited occupancy, and slightly wider aisles than other outlets. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Sperry for new shoes. The shoes run larger than some brands, so keep that in mind.

Sperry Outlet at Tanger Outlets in North Charleston is a well managed store that is a go to for all things Sperry. They have an impressive selection of different styles that seems to have something for everyone. The staff here is very involved and makes sure that you have a good shopping experience and find the Sperry you are looking for.
