“I have been banking here for many, many years and have received nothing but the very best quality service and security. I, for the life of me, do not understand when someone complains about a business that sets and follows protocols implemented that keep peoples’ lives, children, pets or money safe. I came here to leave my 5-star review but then saw the 2 previous reviews of 1-star. Wow. If the shoe had been on the other foot and they had not been called to check on someone cashing a check from their account…I just wonder how they would appreciate that. My guess is they would leave their own bank a 1-star for not confirming the check to be legit. There are unhappy folks in this world that hate everything and feel it necessary to share that unhappiness. I’m so glad that most people are smart enough to read between the lines and see where the problem lies. I will continue to love banking here at Pinnacle and will continue to confidently refer friends and businesses to do the same.”

“Easiest bank to hack in south Carolina. Just now acquired ability to turn your card on and off. Not open Saturdays. But they do give back every penny stolen from you, also the dude Justin , banker, he's awesome. Very patient and actually has a senseof humor. Great as second bank.”

“Recently I moved here and my Landlord suggested this bank. The staff greeted me with a smile and led me to the right person to open an account. Some financial establishments are snooty and give you expensive accounts or information that is not helpful. Not SouthState I was informed and taken care of with respect. I do suggest you shop around for a bank that suits your needs and I do suggest you stop in here at the Centre Point location. Great experience I gave 4stars because they aren't open(not 1 branch) on weekends.”
