If you want your car fixed correctly, don't bring it here. Mr. Smith will gladly take your money,but won't over see any work being done on your vehicle. A month in and my car still isn't complete. Never got the "last" part that was ordered for my car.Every bump on the road, means my bumper is that much closer to coming off. If your coming with money or to pick up your car, you'll see Mr. Smith otherwise he's never in the shop. And please don't leave anything in your car. They will steal from you and leave a mess inside your vehicle, even if the work to be done is on the outside. They only got one star because I can't leave a ZERO STAR review.

Long detailed story short, bad communication, Minimal work work was completed on a car they had for 7 months. I got fed up and asked for my car back. Got it back without the stock taillights on the vehicle and the replacement taillights I had as parts were taken out of car. AND was still told to pay $1100 for the little bit of work that was done. Settled in the middle on a payment. Stay away from the older technician. Wouldn't wish my enemy here.

I just experienced the best customer service ever the guys make u feel so welcomed they immediately acknowledged you (so ur not standing in the heat forever )so respectful no waiting they even offered to pick me up and drop me off while to fix my car I was originally told my car could take 4 weeks and it only took 1 week everything is fixed and looking great and working great so good to see a successful black own business who knows how to treat people!! I'll come back again and again!!
