Mitchell and David were very attentive and allowed me to explore options at my own pace. Mitchell answered all my questions before I decided which bed I was going to purchase. I anxiously awaiting the delivery of my Sleep Number bed!

Erin at SN's North Charleston store did a great job taking care of my senior parents. My parents are in their late 80's and Erin was patient, professional and personable. My entire family has owned Sleep Number products for over 20 years and everyone is extremely pleased with the quality of SN.
