No call no show for an appointment they rescheduled now my car is full of rain water. Brought the wrong glass out to 1st appointment despite having correct info regarding vehicle year make and model. Local phone number takes you to national call center or directs you to schedule online. No one has helped me.

Booked a windshield replace a week ago.get to palmetto shop & tech comes out to inform me they don't do 95 vehicles. Talk about dropping the ball after i provided my info there should hv been someone calling me to say my vehicle is too old to care about..

My husband scheduled an appointment on friday ( said they could replace windshield but i would have to go to honda to have it re-calibrated, that was fine, i had no problem with that) and then they called to confirm with me 2 days later, on sunday. Then the morning of my appointment, They called to tell me that i would have to bring my car in to have the windshield replaced that they could not do it mobile. Im not sure why they called to confirm, if they had no intentions of doing it in the first place. Terrible customer service. The lady that called to cancel with me did not even apologize. Their commercial on tv says they can come to you and replace/ recalibrate, guess its false advertising....Don't waste your time. Go some where else!!!

I had a scheduled appointment for 4pm to replace a cracked windshield. I received a call from an employee that I needed to come in an hour early because they also needed to recalibrate the sensors that are associated. I leave work early and show up an hour early, and they begin work on my car. Insurance was going to cover the windshield, but I asked for new windshield wipers for my front and rear windshield.After two hours, they informed me its done, but they did not have the rear wiper in stock. They ended up charging me for all three wipers until I called to get it fixed a few days later.A week later, I received an email that they didn't even perform the recalibration, and I had to schedule an appointment for that. After the first appointment, they lied multiple times, saying they did that work already.I rescheduled to get the recalibration done and show up to find out that they don't even have workers available to perform the work I was scheduled for, so once again, I had to reschedule.

Safelite I was scheduled for an appointment on 10/14/2023 and my technician was late but kept me updated with his arrival. However, the glass was the wrong size. He told me I would receive a phone call to reschedule my appointment. It's 10/18 and I had to call customer service for an update. Now my appointment isn't until 10/24. If it wasn't for my insurance paying for this I would go somewhere else. If I could give them no stars I would.

Very helpful with my glass repair and recalibration for my vehicle!! Told my glass repair would take 2 hours got a call an hour that it was done. Had to go back for recalibration and was told it would take an hour and that was true but atleast everything got done correctly !!!

Great customer service!! Had something fly up and crack my windshield. I was able to immediately file a claim and get an appointment scheduled promptly for the next day. After speaking with Jesse from Safelite, he insured me that they would have a new windshield installed within the day and I would be good to go. It took less than 3 hours to replace, and I was back on the road! Would highly recommend the service from Safelite!

They took our payment, broke the windshield twice during install 2 different times. This all started june 9th its july 13th still no windshield nor payment refund and still fighting to get the windshield fixed will never use them again .

I just had the Windshield replaced on my daughter’s Toyota Corolla at SafeLight on Palmetto Commerce Pkwy. Everyone was Professional & Courteous. My Car was taken in at exactly my scheduled appt. time & was completed in 35 mins ! I’ve used Safelight in other locations before and have always had a good experience, including today. I would definitely recommend them.

safelite replaced my windshield and first of all mounted the glass on the plastic trim that covers the windshield wiper motor ( cowl ) where i cant remove the trim to have access to the motor . now I have a massive water leak due to poor workmanship . terrible work , then had a tech come over to the house to repair it he performed a leak test with a water bottle instead of using a water hose at least . They were trying to tell my wife it was not the windshield that was leaking when in fact I had already tested it my self at work them not knowing i am a body man and have the way of checking it . my insurance sent them but next time I would not use them never ever ever .
