My insurance sent me here because a rock cracked my windshield. My appointment was for 8:30am and my car was taken back very quickly. Nick, one of the techs, told me about what he was going to do with my windshield and what could happen and was super knowledgeable about it all. He fixed my windshield in no time and was professional, kind, and courteous. I would highly recommend going here and asking for Nick. He even put my new wipers on for me which I greatly appreciated!

I had an appointment for 4:00 and due to an accident, my ETA was pushed back to 4:15. I understand companies have policies with late arrivals, so in order to not waste my time I called to make sure arriving 15 minutes late would be okay. I was assured they have a 15 minute policy and that I would still be able to be seen. After sitting in an hour of traffic and arriving before 4:15, the extremely rude receptionist (who was not at the desk for the first 5 minutes we stood there), informed me that I can’t be late to a 4:00 appointment since they close at 5:00. I explained what I was told on the phone but she continued to insist that’s not the case. When I called to reschedule my appointment, the man on the phone was extremely apologetic and said there is no reason she should have told me I couldn’t be seen. Unimpressed and annoyed I wasted over an hour of my life.

These guys are awesome. First of all, very quick service, and very communicative about any potential issues. I was alerted to and shown the most miniscule scratches on the piece of glass, which was a nice gesture, and DaShawn went out of his way to put on the side molding I had forgotten in my trunk until after the appointment was complete. I would absolutely recommend these guys, and will definitely be coming back in the future with any glass issues I have.

If I could give a 0 I would. Don't go to them. I dropped my car off this morning when they requested at 9:30 and left my keys in the drop box per their directions. They sent a message at 1 pm stating my appointment was canceled because my car wasn't there until after 11 according to them. Front desk said they didn't check the box until 11 when they saw someone walk to it.

I had a great experience with Safelite AutoGlass in North Charleston. They provided same-day service for a small chip on my windshield from a rock. The technician, Nick, was very professional and explained the process clearly. The repair was flawless—I couldn't even tell where the damage had been. Highly recommend Safelite for their excellent service and quality work.

Within 10 days of taking delivery of my new Tesla a rock hit my windshield. I had considered other repairs but glass replacement was not one of them. With all the cameras and sensors, I was not sure what provider to choose. After searching various forums on the internet, I decided to go with Safelite and I’m glad that I did. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. They replaced my windshield with OEM glass, which I hope is more durable than the Tesla factory glass. It only took a few hours and when I took delivery of my vehicle everything was recalibrated. Thanks Safelite!

No call no show for an appointment they rescheduled now my car is full of rain water. Brought the wrong glass out to 1st appointment despite having correct info regarding vehicle year make and model. Local phone number takes you to national call center or directs you to schedule online. No one has helped me.

Booked a windshield replace a week ago.get to palmetto shop & tech comes out to inform me they don't do 95 vehicles. Talk about dropping the ball after i provided my info there should hv been someone calling me to say my vehicle is too old to care about..
