One cashier. Line was all the way to back of store. Went to returns items. Got to front of store and girl did not or could not do it. Called another cashier and I had to get in back of line yet again. Ridiculous!!

Went to purchase a electric razor from the north Charleston sc store on Dorchester rd. Let me just say how is it that nobody can open the electronics case because they have no key due to the old one breaking? Just lost a sale smh

Today 10-4-21 I drove at least 30 mins to be here when the store is supposed to be open at 9. It’s 9:30 and the store is still closed. No integrity. No store pride. If you hate your job so much GET A NEW ONE! They need a completely new staff and who ever hired this crew needs to be fired as well. So many complaints and no change. It’s sad

Discount store in strip mall in North Charleston, in a so-so part of town. They carry items much like a Dollar General, Family Dollar or Fred's; things like some food and drinks, toiletries, kitchen items, clothing, bedding, rugs, cleaning supplies, some toys, a few electronics and seasonal items, etc. It isn't the cleanest store and employees are sometimes not the friendliest, but haven't really been rude when I've visited. Plenty of parking. Three stores down from Dollar Tree in same shopping center, so convenient to stop by both stores when you just need a few cheaper items.

The merchandise is reasonable, however the customer service stinks. I have never been in a store where the whole staff is rude! Plz don't ask a question, you have just inconvenienced them. Get an new staff and get 5 stars,!

I like the merchandise in the store and you can hardly beat the prices. However, it seems as though customer service and customer appreciation are not factors here.

This retail store is the WORST place when it come to staff and the manager. Because they place items in the wrong spot they get an attitude with the customer everytime. I have experienced this with both the manager and the staff. I tried to purchase a pack of batteries for $3.99 this is what was above two rows of batties. The staff told me i need to read the table above the item. Those batteries are $4.99 and then going to look at me and say "do you want me to take them off!". I said no I want you to honor the price because it is two rows of the same batteries for that price. You know she wouldn't do it. This happen again a month ago. This store can't keep no one because of their terrible attitudes. I been in Retail as a manager for over 20yrs and I would not dare accept this type of behavior.

I visited this location on 12-1-18, and left a bag. I live about 45 min. away and didn't realize until I got home a bag was missing. I called the store back literally 5 times and kept getting hung up on. Finally I spoke with an employee that said she would put my items in the office until I could return. My husband went two days later and was told no one told them. I called and spoke to Lisa the store manager. She was soooooooo so RUDE she title drop by saying im the store manager and just seem not to care. She then said she'll have the items waiting.. When I went again to pick them up Lisa was rude AGAIN! I just don't understand how and why would you disrespect your customers.??? I'll only be back for wash cloth and will double triple check my back before leaving

very under rated, this is one of the best discount stores iv ever been to...the deals on housewares are incredible. also toys are respectively low cost but good quality
