Bought my first truck right out of highschool last October with RODGERS 2012 Silverado 4x4. Have had no issues. I recommend anyone looking for a taken care of vehicle and great and understanding dealership. Here’s 2 pics of when I drove off the lot and what she’s looking like now

I'm so thankful someone pointed me in the right direction to Rodgers Enterprise.. Been looking for a vehicle for bout two months now. Went to Rodgers and was in and out with no problems at all.. Love the customer service they have. I'm so glad I was able to leave there with a nice car... Thanks again.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. THEIR $600 “6 MONTH WARRANTY” IS A SCAM. I went here to buy a car after my car was totaled, they sold me a car claiming that they’ve done all the work on it and it had no problems at all. WITHIN THE FIRST 2 WEEKS I had to bring the car back twice! Because the transmission kept knocking and there was a weird scraping noise whenever I pushed the gas. They told me that they had to replace the transmission and motor mount so I left the car with them for 2 WEEKS. DURING THIS TIME I HAD TO GET A RENTAL AMOUNTING TO $600 OUT OF POCKET. When I finally got the car back IT STILL HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS. THEY CLAIMED THEY PUT A NEW TRANSMISSION WHICH WAS A LIE ALL THEY DID WAS PAINT OVER THE OLD ONE. And they also put a new motor mount but when I checked it myself THE BOLTS ON THE MOTOR MOUNT WERE LOOSE BARELY EVEN HAND TIGHT. UNBELIEVABLE I AM NOT SATISFIED AND GOOD THING I CAUGHT THE LOOSE BOLTS BEFORE SOMETHING CATASTROPHIC COULDVE HAPPENED

We had an unmatched experience with the Chip, Tim, and Rod at Rodgers Enterprises. We came to them looking for a Toyota Sequoia and found what appeared to be a great fit. Unfortunately, there was an unsolvable issue with the drivetrain that became apparent after purchase. Rather than cling to the as-is warranty and ignore us, they worked with us to find a solution in the form of a comparable Sequoia. The team was responsive, present, and on our side. We are thankful for them and would highly recommend them! They truly went above and beyond, and changed my mind about purchasing vehicles from a dealer.

I stopped by Rodgers earlier this week to look at their inventory and get a gist of what it takes to by a car from them, I went back today and purchased my car. It was the easier car buying experience I’ve ever been through. They put me in my dream car for a more than reasonable price and even worked with me on what best fit my pockets. Tim was the best car salesman ever. Everyone in there was very nice and professional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

Last week I stopped by and had a pleasant conversation with the owner about my trade in and today I stopped in to do the deal and another salesman was rude and disrespectful and flat out told me that unless I had 6k in my pocket with my trade in he will not be able to get me in the truck I was looking at. I told him thank you but you say one thing but the owner said another thing

Went to Rodgers to check out this 2007 Toyota tacoma, traded in our Toyota 4 runner for it. The process was fine, until we picked up the tacoma only to realize that the rims and wheels on it were switched and they're first generation and we have a second generation truck. I have the before and after pictures to prove it.So now I'm wondering if I'm paying for those tires and rims when it should've been the original ones that came with it. Bottom line, shady. How you going to let me test drive it and then sell it to me before you pull a fast one and change the tires and rims before I pick it up. Very disappointed and left feeling cheated. By the way my sensor transmission light came on a month after we have had it. I called them for service and no one got back to me until almost a week later. *UPDATED* we are all working on a resolution, and trying to change things for the better. Communication is key
