Didn't put all my lug nuts back on, the lug nuts they put on were not even for my car and these guys at rnr and rim time have no idea how to balance a tire some of my tires have two or three different types of weights on it which anybody that knows about nation l balancing tires knows that that's a no no

Highly recommend this place. Wouldn't be a recommendation without Xavier behind the front desk. Very professional very understanding and accommodating. Xavier knew I wasn't feeling a certain type of room instead of bullying me into the sale he sent me other pics of a new shipment they got in. They pride themselves on professionalism and courtesy. Definitely will be taking my 85 Cutlass supreme back to get fitted.

I want to thank the team at RNR tire express team. From the first time I made contact with them and sales team want to thank Xavier for fantastic customer service. They went out of their way to help me with four tires and four rims which I needed immediately. They did a fantastic job I love the new rims and tires and they did it in a timely and outstanding way much appreciated.

Recently returned from service overseas and after 3-years of parking there had patches of curb rash on my rims. Did some style research prior to physically going into local rim shops in Charleston hoping they could order what I wanted. Interestingly enough RNRs competitors not only charged significantly more fir the rims I wanted their promised delivery was several dats longer too. One competitor even passed on the credit card charges if you didn’t pay cash—seemed pretty sketchy to me. After al this it was really a no-brainer and purchased the rims I wanted from RNR. The same rims I wanted were 20% cheaper, they got them at the shop in 48-hours, installed and I was on my way. Special shoutout to Xavier, he expert, professional and courteous; in fact the whole shop staff epitomized superior customer service and it shows. If you’re in the market for tires/rims look no further than RNR—Highly Recommend!!
