I came in on a Saturday morning where I was greeted with a smile and asked what I was there for I explained i was there for a recall but needed a oil service Bruce checked me in and heard my concerns and advised that he would take care of everything. Within 3 months of replacing my nox sensers, one of them went bad. Took it to Rick Hendrix on Rivers Ave. and they replaced it no charge. Love it when you get treated right!!

Picked up a new Jeep last month after an issue with a used Jeep. They made it right and you can’t beat that. The used Jeep came in from another dealership, so I don’t blame these guys at all for the issues- they helped get me in a new reliable vehicle and that gave me confidence and peace of mind.

I worked with Ross and Jimmy! Ross messaged me about a week prior with the truck I liked and even sent me a video of the exterior and interior! Definitely got me more interested and worked around my schedule due to me PCSING from my prior command! 10/5 stars for all services! Jimmy even hooked me up with better prices at the end. took truck in for basic 60k checkup. Wanted tire balance, oil change, and in cabin filter change. Took them 2 days to perform service and no call after the 1st day to inform me of the delay. Not a huge deal, but this has happened before with the lack of communication. The bill didn't seem too out of line when I paid, but then found out they replaced the engine air filter for $80. I didn't ask for that to be changed because I planned to do that myself. Now I have an $80 air filter. Which was the most expensive item on the list. Mad I missed it when I was picking up the truck.
