AnnMarie at Reeds Jewelers in Northwoods Mall provided us with exceptional customer service. My husband and I had brought his watch in for a routine battery change but due to some staffing changes, the work got delayed. So AnnMarie did some research and got all of our issues resolved, keeping us posted with regular updates. Needless to say we were so relieved since that watch was a gift to my husband on our first anniversary, 34 years ago! So thank you AnnMarie for being the consummate professional, which is hard to find these days! Job well done!!!
