Took me awhile define the time to make it during their business hours clothing store early at 6:00 in the afternoon made it difficult but I was happy I made it the customer service was excellent I got the boots that I really wanted.

Work boots paid for by my company. I went in, got my feet sized, got good boots, and what I wanted. A month, feeling really good. They are great people, great product.

I had to stop by to get some shoes for work, and Chandler was amazing at helping me select my pair of shoes, answering all my questions and ultimately helping me decide on my final choice since I was a little indecisive. Highly recommended location.

The colleague who works inside, I don't know if he is a manager or a clerk, seems like he doesn't want to work, he doesn't help the client and is always angry, I think that if he works with the public he should serve the client well and without an angry face ?

I had to ask for help when there was 2 employees standing around watching one customer try boots on. I knew I exactly what I wanted. I've bought the same Red Wing boot 3 times since 2019 from the store in Charlotte NC. I asked if they did military discounts. I was told they did not. Kinda crappy that the store in Charlotte, a non military town, gave a military discount and the store in Charleston, a historically military town, did not.
