Uhaul location. Homeless people living in the trailer I was trying to rent. A month after renting a trailer from them, they accuse me of stealing the trailer I rented…a month ago! Paperwork showed it was turned in but weeks later they reported it stolen.

I made a reservation thru U-Haul for a pick up truck. When I went to pick it up the very rude lady said U-Haul doesn’t open until 11:00am. I explained I made a reservation for 10:00am. She proceeded and called someone and spoke in a foreign language which is rude. She hands me the phone, the lady on the other side asked me for my zip code and I told her I am putting the reservation on another card. She takes my card and says oh there is an alert from U-Haul and we cannnot rent you a truck. I said excuse me I always rent from U-Haul and I have never had issues. She said I am emailing you right now and you can call them. I tried calling from my car and it took long so I walked back in the ayote. Now there is a man. He asked me my name and then he said you have a reservation for a pick-up truck and I said yes. He then said all my pick up trucks are not working.I left needless to say. I called the U-Haul by my house and luckily they had one and I had no issues. DON’t rent from Red and White they are rude and should not be U-Haul dealers.

The owners are very rude they don't speak to peopleThey charge you what they want to cash a check, And store is just nasty.

Don't bother with this place. Owner is rude and obnoxious. They open the door at 10 a.m. and won't help you until they are good and ready.Tried to rent a uhaul which I already reserved online. She made me step aside so she could help the other lady in line behind me.The truck she tried to give me had a flat tire and she said she had no air for it so I could take it as is or cancel. Tried to start it and it wouldn't start. There goes my whole day. No moving truck.

Picked up our U Haul here. We were scheduled to pick up at 10 and they opened 15 minutes late. The woman thetried to charge us $75 dollars over what we were quoted from u haul when we booked the truck. If we had known how trashy this place was we would have driven the extra 20 minutes to another site.Avoid this scam!

The lady that works/owns this place is always super nice and friendly. They have all you convenience store needs. They even have pipe Tobacco in the front.
