I was not greeted. I wasn’t helped and they saw me struggling with the dresses that hung way up top. I lefted and came back to the same attitude. These ladies have no respect towards customers!!!! Will not return.

Usually I have a great experience here at this location music is always loud and the clothes racks always full of cute trendy outfits. However I purchased a item which they left security tag on to my horror when I walk through the door they pretty much excused me of stealing it. First I have money just cause I shop there don't mean I am broke I like the bright colored fits. I will continue to shop online and skip the store locations from now on.

I stopped in for the first time and there were tons of sales. The fabrics didn't look very expensive and I'm not sure of the quality of the clothes, it reminded me of the boutiques that sold inexpensive outfits to wear to the night club when I was in my late teens/early 20's. There were some cute little dresses that could be perfect for running around, picnic, errands and even a couple of inexpensive cocktail dresses. The non negotiable for me when it comes to this store is that they told me they don't offer any fitting rooms. I put my item down and left, if I can't try it on I'm not buying it. This isn't online shopping Lol

(Northwoods Mall location)Nice variety of clothes, but I see the customer service attitude hasn't changed from previous reviews (apart from non-African American lady). There was no greeting up at counter, no "finding everything ok"?, no "can I check another store for you", no "I can help you" at check-out, no "thankyou" after checking out. Good thing the clothes can save this store.Clothes 4 star, customer service 1 star (at least she answered my question, after acting like she didn't see me standing there waiting my turn to be helped).One last thing; personal conversation took precedent over service and attention to the customer.

They had great prices and a variety of styles that I Iiked. What I was looking for I found. Only small problem I didn't to much like how the cashier was slamming my bags done other than that everything was OK!!
