Saturday Feb 17 2024 Mr. Philip @ Pup In The Tub did for my Golden Retriever what no one else would or could.My baby dog is Lance. Lance is a dog with black nails, making it difficult to see his quick.I've been to four different veterinarians all because I was looking for a doctor or their tech who would be comfortable clipping my dog's nails.I have been to stores and two different groomers who wouldn't attempt clipping because they didn't want to cause Lance stress or risk cutting his quick.After 2 years, which was disheartening and neglectful on my part of not having anyone comfortable with this task, I was told to try Pup In The Tub.I usually work when they are there, so after many text messages, I took a day off and went in.First, the person answering my MANY texts was extremely polite and kind. Very professional!Upon arriving, I was given a lead as I couldn't locate Lance's. The staff allowed me to bring Lance into their work space and let me lay on the floor to talk to Lance through the process.Mr. Philip put on a back brace and got down on the floor with us. I am sure I was a spectacle as I was holding back tears because of all Mr. Philip did for Lance. Mr. Philip clipped and drumeled Lance's nails and had something near in the event the quick was nipped. The entire process was done in less than 12 minutes. The staff is professional. These people treated my Lance exactly how I do.If you are even slightly considering this place, just save yourself peace of mind and GO!I CANNOT say enough about these people and the entire experience. Lance usually doesn't let anyone touch his feet and will pull away and cry. Lance lay down and was calm the entire time.Thank you to Mr Philip and his staff. All amazing, professional, and kind!

I came to pup in the tub grooming over the summer when I recently relocated. Lisa has groomed our mini goldendoodle, Bailey, 5 times since we’ve moved and she’s turned out like a million bucks. I’ve asked for different styles and lengths and shapes for her face and Pup in the tub always nails it. Bailey is also afraid of life it seems and they always take such care to make sure she’s at ease. Would highly recommend as Bailey loves the mobile grooming and Lisa!

Family owned small business that treats you and your animals with respect unlike major chains that just want to take your money. They will wash, clip nails, brush teeth, and cut hair for a really good price. Your pet will come out looking like its ready to enter a competition. They handle the animals with care and make sure every fine detail is taken care of before releasing them to thier owners. They spend a long time drying the coat after a wash and give a really good hair cut. If your dog has a thick coat, there are many different creative cuts they can give it. My favorite is the lions mane look where they cut the body and leave the head with a thick coat to make it look like a lion. This suits the attitude of a Palmeranian really well. You have to come out and see for yourself to believe how good the experience is.

She may do good work based on the other reviews but I'll never opt in to be a client. Extremely rude and unprofessional if she is treating potential clients this way I can only imagine how she treats the animals. Will not return.

I was next door so instead of looking it up online I wanted to visit in person to inquire about their services. The lady came to the door, asked "do you have a dog here?" I said no and then she closed the door in my face and walked off. Not exaggerating that was the full length of the conversation.Plenty of other local groomers to use, ran by much better people.

I would definitely recommend this groomer! They communicate very well and the groom we got on our schnauzer was excellent. We have already sent someone to them and they received the say experience!! I wish I had found Pup In The Tub years ago.

Our 11 month old Great Pyrenees was in dire need of a good bath, blowout, deshed, and detangle. I called pup in the tub and they got her in the next weekend. The owners were extremely nice and very knowledgeable about our girl who is a little worried about loud noises and water. They had her there getting pamper for almost 6 hours and when we picked her up she didn’t even look like the same dog! They were awesome! They did a fantastic job and got all of her knots out, trimmed up her fluffy butt perfectly, and had her fur looking perfectly white again.Absolutely will be returning!

This was a great experience! They made time for me and they were very kind to my puppies! They where very accommodating to my requests and a pleasure to work with. I will be coming back!
