I'm glad I chose Progreesive Therapy at Northwoods. Catherine is an excellent therapist. She gave me exercises that were simple but very effective.. Very nice, friendly staff with a very clean & sanitary environment. Bravo!

Let me begin with saying that I absolutely love Katherine, she is the heart of this place. She is amazing, funny and super friendly without being unprofessional. As much pain as I normally came in there with she always listened to my complaints and took that into consideration when planning my PT. My time spent there was fun and I always looked forward to my weekly appointments. Thank you for giving me a great experience in spite of the circumstances!

Catherine helped me get my carpal tunnel under control using a variety of techniques, allowing me to pace myself while steadily increasing my resistance at common sense intervals. She really takes the time to get to know you, your needs, and treats you like family!
