Online booking is a joke. I was so excited they had an opening, got myself ready, headed over - only for the door to be locked and no one was there. Hours online said they were open. Apparently this is a reoccurring thing, guess they just don’t want to work. Waste of time, gas, and energy. Change your booking system if you know people are getting upset by it. You can’t say you’re open if you’re not. (Owner I’m assuming called me 20 min after my scheduled time to figure out a time for me to come in. Suggested 4 or 5pm? No. I’ll happily be going elsewhere before that point).

Visiting from out of town and was able to get in quickly! Beth did an amazing job and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Awesome experience!

They RUINED MY HAIR ! Long partially curly Now it is gone I had have it cut very short n Beth is suppose to be an expert ? I’m surprised they are NOT CLOSED DOWN BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT BETH DID TO MY LONG CURLY HAIR N IT ENDED UP;Not curly but frizzy. BETH “used a new technique where you go home with permanent solution on your head with the curlers in.” You comeback the next day to have it rinsed out! No I would definitely not recommend a perm there at all My hair was less curly than when I went in. n obviously somebody didn’t know what they were doing at all or were ruining my hair on purpose!I wonder if DHEC KNOWS THEY USE THIS SO CALLED NEW WAY OF DOING A PERM ! NEVER GO THERE N NEVER LET BETH TOUCH YOUR HAIR IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IT !!! ;-(. What do you plan to do to fix my hair that turned to bubblegum from your process ! I truly think this was done on purpose! I’ll find out from DHEC. THEY STILL HAVE NOT REACHED TO ME N HAVE NOT PAID ME FOR THE DAMAGE DONE TO MY HAIR FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE ALMOST BALD! A WIG TO MATCH MY HAIR IS AROUND $5000.00 n still THEY ARE HELPING ME! I GUESS I NEED TO TAKE THEM TO COURT!

I scheduled an appointment on line the night before. I showed up at my appointment time to the salon being closed. Door says walk ins welcome. No my appointment wasn’t confirmed but your hours state you’re open. Not cool. I work full time and fitting a hair appointment in is tricky. I came here because it’s close to where I work. My day is ruined now. As I have to find and go to another salon.

Booked online for a 9am appointment, despite it being outside their hours. When I discovered they opened at 10, I waited an hour just to find out they scheduled me with a stylist that no longer works there. 0/10 waste of my time.

Unprofessional and incapable of customer service! Actually giving them negative stars would be too many stars. I had an appointment scheduled for today - which they changed via text to a later time with no regard for my schedule. I arrived at the new time. They were closed. I called to find out what was going on. They were running late. I waited a little longer. Then left. They called over 25 minutes after my appointment time to let me know they were there. Really?? So I rearranged my schedule to the new time and they couldn't even bother to let be know they were running late? It didn't occur to them to call or text me this before I wasted my time getting there ??? How is this acceptable and professional?

My daughter contacted this place to do her hair for her wedding. She sent photos of how she wanted her hair done. NEVER received a response from anyone. The day before her wedding, she confirmed her appointment per the text she received. The day of her wedding, she arrived at the facility prior to her scheduled appointment at 10am. No one was at the facility. My daughter contacted me at 10:15 am that no one was at the shop and they didn't answer the phone. They attempted to contact the facility multiple times and there was no answer. They had to then attempt to contact another stylist to get her hair done for her wedding!!! At 10:40am (40 minutes after her appointment) they finally contacted her to say they were too "sick". If there were a negative rating for this place, that is what they would get!!!!

Best haircut I've ever had. I took in pictures of what I wanted. Beth gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. She blew it out after the cut, but I let my hair dry naturally, so I waited to write my review until after I washed it. It looks even better dried naturally!

My new home salon!!! Everyone there is extremely sweet and caring! I went in for a balayage and was blown away with the results, it came out better than anything I could have imagined. You can tell that everyone there truly has a passion for hair, absolutely amazing!

I saw Sara for a color correction and cut. She was great! She answered all of my questions, really took the time to explain things to me and did a fantastic job on my hair. It took a few hours and we ended up staying past closing but she was patient and didn't rush the process. I definitely recommend!Service: Haircut

I should have known what I was walking into when I saw mounds of hair on their front door mat. I walked in and no one was there to greet me at the front desk. It took about 2 minutes for one of the stylist to tell the host/manager and/or owner, that someone was at the door. Soon after being greeted, I was told that my stylist was running 15 minutes late (more like 40 minutes) as she had to run to the supply store to get products. I asked the host/manager/owner if someone would be able to at least get my hair washed as I waited for my stylist. She offered to do it, but not before seeming completely inconvenienced by my request. As I'm walking over to the washing station, I notice how filthy the salon was. Hair and dust everywhere. Literally everywhere. It had not been maintained in a very long time as I saw a ton of dust on the hair stations and on the baseboards. F i l t h y is an understatement. I immediately felt regret and suggested I come back another time. The host/manager/owner reassured me that they offer excellent blow outs and that she herself had been in the industry for 40 years. Out of guilt I sat down and started to pray. I noticed that a lot of their product bottles were missing tops and had product running down the side. The woman even added water to the shampoo bottle she was using on me to get the last bit of product out. The woman I originally had my appointment with finally shows up and finished the job. She did a decent job (aside from getting my hair caught on the brush handle, yanking on knots and leaving part of my hair damp), but was clearly frazzled as she was asked to run this errand all while I was waiting for her, as well as another client. Overall, this is a poorly run business with zero customer service, lack of pride and knowledge.
