DO NOT COME HERE! They filed my nail so thin with the drill that it went through and I started to bleed. Now I have a hole in my nail with the skin underneath exposed. I decided to leave after that (not get my nails done) and he increased the price to $15 just to have the overlay I already had on removed. How am I supposed to get my nails done with a whole in my nail and actively bleeding.

Wrong color,, pedicure, done less than twenty minutes, And did not complete the job properly. Or spend more than 3 minutes, cutting my cuticles, and digging under my toes. Worst pedicure ever. Felt like I was being rushed to get out.

It was A relaxing experience, they offered me A drink the moment I sat down in the chair, I chose Ginger Ale, but, they have Other options. The staff is nice and my Pedicure came out so nice, I'm definitely going back.

Love it there. Personally I’d prefer Sierra or the Owner to do my nails bc I know they pay attention to detail and shape my nails the way I love them. But still overall a relaxing experience every time. Very Professional.

Came in today to get my nails fixed on a whim. Everyone was so friendly. The previous shop I had went to was very expensive but the quality was terrible smh….Andy was amazing, he did such a great job on fixing my nails. His work is quality and he only charged me 50$….Will be back for sure….

The shop has changed for the better!! I was greeted with a drink and fast service! Cierra did an awesome job on my feet and Shardae did an awesome job on my nails!! Loved my experience I will be back!!

On Nov 28 about a week ago, it was my daughter’s birthday. So I gift us a relaxing time, I chose PRO NAILS BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE BY OTHERS THINGS I HAD NEED TO DO.
In less then 20
Minutes he was done with my child. I look, I was surprised because her feet had required cleaning. The same guy goes to me, I ask to scrub my big toe he said NO, I said okay, didn’t clean well the nail before painting them, I got home and had to do it my self.
This week my child have this infection looking toe after getting pedicure done there!
My toes had look horrible after painting I ask to remove the polish, then the owner come moving my toes all different ways to look at the polish, but it was clean the it had need to come off, you couldn’t keep adding nail polish hoping it will get fix.
I ask to take it off and paint it then clear. Yes plain clear.
After sending us to drying our nails, my daughter was complaining about the was too fast and her feet was not clean. I was apologizing to her due to the place and situation I had put her in, and that’s the reason theirs REVIEW AND MORÉ MONEY TO GO TO OTHER PLACES. The owner stop the work of another customer and come to charge me so we could leave.
Thank god I don’t have come here ever again.
Thank you for all your mistreatment, and about my daughter toe, a advise make sure you guys pick the right person to do you beauty, dont end up like my Child who can’t walk comfortably and avoiding different types of shoes DUE TO THE NEGLECT AND bad hygiene.
