I came here on a wimb.. so story time! This is my first venture away from home (I'm from cali) I've faithfully been to my nail tech for 20+ years ! Well I have been traveling a lot and I haven't been back to see her! At this point I'm in dyer need of at least a pedicure lol Lord knows my feet were bad! I honestly feel sorry for Anna having to deal with these dang toes but she did an amazing job!
Well I come to this place scared and nervous lol my first time I've been anywhere else really. Every other time I venture off I'm always dissatisfied and disappointed. Well not today! So I get there they say wait 5 mins we'll I'm waiting for 20 mins no biggie I finally say something they're almost ready. I go get my toes it's wayyyy more than my usual $150+$50-$60 for nails and my feet! So I just gotta go basic today so I did so in all I'm spending $60 for only my toes now I'm hungry gotta go! Overall cool experience but too much for me in price lol staff are friendly so as to why all the bad reviews that had me scared at first my they just didn't like yell lol idk ijs
Requested style: It was too much for me lol but she was willing to do a super nice fancy one!
Cleanliness: Clean shop not dirty at all

Gel polish chips on 3 different nails 4 days later. My nails was done by the owner, he refused to fix the issues.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! Everything about my pedi was awful... for starters, the woman who was doing it was completely rude - she kept pulling my skin around toe nail. My big toe started bleeding and she kept going like nothing happened. I told her she being to ruff but she didn't listen and continue on being ruff. The guy that check me out said she was cleaning my foot goot that's why it hurts. Making excuses i will never come back to this place. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!

My experience was not the most pleasant. I’ve never been the last to leave a nail salon but that’s how slow my tech was. She also gave me the shortest nails in history which I did not ask for. I showed her a picture and she said she could do it, and she in fact could not. She also kept talking to me but I could not hear her, so when I’d ask “excuse me”? I assume she thought I was mad and she would start talking to another worker, who also translated to me what she was asking. She kept pulling my hands roughly until I finally asked, do you need me put my hands somewhere specific? I paid $150 plus a $20 tip because the girl who did my toes did an amazing job and I always tip regardless. But… I had to get my nails done somewhere else because it’s my bday weekend and I refused to have kitten heel nails. Like please ok! I won’t be back but to the shop for future reference , the time management and how you all service ppl is poorly executed. Maybe some quality training will help.

I asked for nude glazed donut and got white nails. now to be fair I did see her out the white on but I also know with nails sometimes you have to trust the process. however after quickly leaving because they were closing I took a closer look at my nails and realized that actual craftsmanship was shoddy!

I love this shop. I was in from Las Vegas family emergency l. Broke 3 nails. A Crowne Plaza shuttle employer (God bless his soul. He was so sweet and kind) recommended this shop. Thank God again, I walked in, and they sent me to Johnny. Oh my gosh!!! He was able to fit me in. He was so wonderful, good, and kind and a pro at what he did. I hope to get in before I leave Charleston. But everyone, look for this shop and "Johnny" Tuesday - Saturday 10-5. He is originally from Calufornia, but he has the soul of Charleston. I ❤️ loved my visit. Thank you, Johnny.

This place is so amazing. I have never had a better nail salon experience! My sister & I were walk ins & were started almost immediately. Lin did my base nails & Davena did my design & they were both so kind & helpful with my nails. Lin was so fun to chat with & Davena exceeded my expectations with design. If you’re in SC, come here!!!

Great day with Anna and Sean. Anna did my pedicure , I told her I was ticklish she was very gentle and took her time. Sean was very good on my hands, I had a hard time relaxing my hands for him to finish but that's on me . I paid $65 for a pedicure which was the Callus Treatment with Gel polish. (50+15) Not sure what my hands break down to but I know it was $38 for a full set + $15 for gel which is 53, probably length and style for the extra anyway I ended up with $135 for total . It was a very good experience, my aunt and grandmother told me about this shop so I just stopped in for Christmas. I'll be back in my search for a home with a nail tech, but I was really impressed with Anna. Some of the stuff inside is a little on the older side. Some of the pedicure chairs are a little worn but it was pretty good.
