I'm an employee here going on 15 plus. Take pride in my work and there is no job to big, nor too small. If it's a trailer traveling down the rode, we can.repair it. From simple fixes to major big job wrecks. I can not speak for all locations or customer service reps. Individuality can make the difference ,and tech experience.
