Ray was absolutely amazing. We showed up close to closing and he was very patient, didn’t make us feel rushed, told us to take our time, and pierced my 3 year olds ears with ease. He explained everything to us for taking care of her ears and knew his stuff. Highly recommend.

I love Banter, I’ve gotten jewelry from them for years & the price & quality is top tear. Also I forgot her name but the girl at the Avenues location was the best experience I ever had she was so patient & even stayed a little past close for me. She was great. I’ll always be a loyal customer .

Took my niece to have her ears pierced and the ladies working were great. They actually pierced both ears at the same time so it only stung once. Great experience.

Bought my daughter a pair of earrings for her birthday online for pick up, the website said the earrings were in stock at the store, when my wife went to pick them up they didn’t even check to see if they had them turns out they didn’t even have them??♂️ Instead of letting me exchange them they refunded my card and told me it would take 48 hours to get my money back when it only took 5 seconds for them to take my money off of my card then asked me to come out of pocket and buy another pair. Pathetic customer service
