Hey Everyone, I wanted to let y'all know about my experience using this phone repair shop. I switched mobile carriers and was in need of having my phone unlocked. The Phone Man wasn't able to complete the proceess bc my smartphone was very old (3+ years) (full refund) but he was able to get me in touch with someone who had what I needed and could get the new phone to me asap bc I had a few days left b4 my port authorization expired. Along the way, he also helped me get through a very tough time when I couldn't get through another second w/o crying. He was very nice and refused to let me attempt to drive in that condition- for this I am forever grateful. The only thing that Phone Man Repair needs to work on is communication regarding how and when I could pick up the new phone. I had the repair shop's # and he gave me another business number. I had a lot more success getting in touch with him using the 2nd #. Overall, I recommend him bc he was knowledgeable, great @ explaining 2 me exactly what was going on and connected me with someone who did have what I needed and I receivedit in a timely manner. We purchased some items from Steven's store and not only does he sell phones, cases accessories but he has items that are healthy and make you feel better...I was having a real bad day after discovering my niece had stolen my headset. HE DID A RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS AND HELPED ME GET A NEW SET FOR MOTHERS DAY!! Thank you so much...Great customer service, loving sweet man!!

Went to this phone store for some help and got it. I needed my phone serviced turned back on for a older phone and the screen repaired. Was able to get it all done before the end of the day and a good price. I will be using this place for all my phone needs from this point forward.

The owner is always on site. He is very personable, honest, he cares about his customers. Not only does he sell phones repair phones and supply of phone accessories including designer cases and protectors. You can find items like black soap, natural shea butter, purses and hell, I got a laptop from the store. Additionally, they carry NFL paraphernalia. On another note, the owner is also a general contractor and has a handyman service called Mouzone Services. He does excellent work roof renovations bathrooms you-name-it heating and air. Quality work good prices respectful to your property and will work with you.

Cant express how great of a person that the owner is to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the products. He truly cares about his customers being satisfied with their products and if there is any issue he takes care of your problems unlike some dealers that just brush you off. He has a larger variety of products and accessories to choose from, and he saves you money on your purchases. I have first hand seen him in action. He is awesome at what he does. Aint no way you leave him without a smile in your face!!! Dont believe me, go and see for yourself!!!

Went into this establishment for phone cases after being referred by another customer and I wish I didn't. Walked in and no one opted to even greet me. The two employees looked up and completely ignored me for minutes before asking if I needed assistance. I would figure some assistance is needed if the person walked into your establishment. There was no variety for purchase. Honestly wasted my time going in there. I'll simply go somewhere else or order off amazon. I'd rather have a delay in getting it than deal with disgusting customer service. Go there are your own risk, good luck
