Quan was amazing. This dealership is probably the best dealership I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a couple. I had issues with my credit but they work with you. And very friendly they’re very very very very very cool people. I will totally recommend coming in here

I just went and got a 2019 Honda Civic Sport for a good price, and not a lot of money down!! If you’re looking for a decent car with good prices, come to Payless, ask for Quan, she works with you and will make sure you're taken care of, as well as the owner, great experience with these two!!!

Very great communication! Answered any questions from start to finish. Came in at 10:30 and left within 2 hours of process. Joe was the sales person I worked with. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you guys so much again!

ANOTHER UPDATE: Hey, Paul! I was first told I would be paying 2-3k even with the warranty and ran around in circles until they finally told me it was going to be taken care of free of charge but they have NOT fixed my car yet! I have been without my car that I’m still making payments on since the third week of having it practically. If y’all want to help, compensate those payments! This is not Hyundai’s fault. This has been terrible experience. My son and I finally got a new vehicle after our car accident just to be without again…
UPDATE: After not even two weeks of having my vehicle, my car began to overheat, shake, and blow out clouds of smoke when trying to accelerate. After bringing my car to a shop, I was told my vehicle was assessed and sure enough it was oil consumption (and a new head had been put in my car at some point) and that I needed an entirely new motor but I had to bring it to the actual Hyundai dealership. I was told to drive it for 1,000 miles to do an oil consumption test but my car progressively got worse, so I brought it back. This past week, I was told yet again that my vehicle needed a new engine and after agreeing to it, I was called back only to be told they are unable to fix my vehicle. That is how bad this vehicle is messed up. I honestly am at a loss. This is my first “new” vehicle after being in a car accident that totaled my old car and this is currently what I am going through. I strongly advise you to look into any vehicle you purchase from this small lot and do your research before making a decision because I am at square one all over again and I promise you, they do not care. Even with the warranties they provide, they would not have fixed this vehicle regardless…
(OLD REVIEW) Joe was amazing assisting me with the purchase of my new vehicle. Both him and Jeff were extremely patient and willing to meet my requirements! I am beyond happy with the outcome and so excited with my car! I would recommend Payless Car Sales to anyone looking for genuine and reliable people (and cars of course).
