As long as this review is up then understand that this company is not to be trusted and that they've never reached out with even a simple phone call for explanation or beginnings to a solution and taken two thousand dollars from me without fixing my vehicle.
I'll share my story below for those interested.
I was initially recommended this shop when it used to be known as "Mac's Garage". I don't know if it was bought out or what not, but it's currently under the Paul's Car Care name. I had a truck that had a transmission issue that prohibited it from starting.
I called this shop and asked them if they could fix transmissions and if they were experienced working on them, as most shops are not capable or skilled enough to. The person I spoke to confirmed this so I had the truck towed to be fixed.
About a month later, I was called and informed that the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. I stopped by, paid my tab which was nearly 2 grand in exchange for the keys. I was psyched to have my car back. I go to start my car and it immediately dies when placed in gear, the exact issue I brought the car in for initially.
This is frustrating enough, but the real fun part is that the shop now tells me that they are not capable of fixing the car when I inform them that it still doesn't start. I don't know if it's a lack of skill or education issue or what not, but this location was not going to be capable of fixing my truck. (I would have a clue if the company bothered to reach out once to my attempts to communicate)
Since the only human being I've met at the company is the manager that works the front desk (very nice and helpful guy - hate that he's had to have been involved in this), I've been told that someone with more power (presumably the operator or chain owner, I don't even know) would be the one to reach out to me via phone in terms of helping us reach a resolution.
Well, I've been told that 4 times in total now. No one has reached out. I filed a dispute with my credit card company for the charge, and Paul's Car Care center stated that I never made an attempt to reach a resolution with them. I have video proof that shows that this is a lie. xD Needless to say, I'm still fighting the good battle.
Feel free to reach out to me, Paul's Car Care management. I understand that you probably attempted a fix on my vehicle and you guessed incorrectly on what was wrong or some similar story. But it's not acceptable to try a random fix without knowing what else to do to fix the car if that fails. And to not disclose that fact to your customer. Not when the only reason I gave you my business was that you were confident in your abilities. And please stop the lying that I'm not trying to make a resolution occur.

Excellent service. I saved $150 on same work quoted from another shop. Car came back on time and runs great.
Three days later I had a different problem and called the shop and was advised to take my car to Paul's Care that was just 1/2 mile from my location and good thing I did it broke down in parking lot and would not move, transmission went out. It was Friday afternoon so glad you were kind enough to send me there even though I know you would have gladly done the work.
Saved me! Broke down Friday afternoon on Ashley Phosphate would have been ugly!!!
You guys ROCK! Kind, compassionate and caring service every time. God bless you!!

They were able to get my wife’s car in Monday and out Tuesday! They were very kind and worked really well with my wife. They sent pictures to us to see what was wrong with the car and they called with updates every single time. I definitely recommend Paul’s Car Care Center!
