It didn't go very well for me since what I was looking for, not only did they not have it, an employee who didn't speak Spanish helped me and even though the young man who spoke Spanish tried to help me, the employee who only spoke English wouldn't let him. In the end I didn't buy anything because I couldn't understand what I was looking for, it was giving me something else that wasn't what I needed. It's a shame because I've shopped there for years and that hasn't happened to me.

I never heard of Parks Auto until I moved to Charleston, this place 90% of the time always has the part in stock. It's sad to see that their performance center is underutilized and that they stop refilling nitrous bottles.
