Staff was always very welcoming to me. Very chill vibe. Doesn't get overwhelmingly busy even around rush hour times unlike big box gyms that I've previously been a member of. They have everything you need to get an efficient workout in. That Assault Bike can kiss my a$$ though. Very convenient gym if you live in North Charleston/Park Circle. Thanks for all the great workouts!

Great gym with excellent equipment. Overall nice staff and well maintained. This is so much nicer than the large chains.

I have been a member at PCAC for about 2 years now and I absolutely love the environment they’ve created. Everyone is so warm and inviting and when I asked Tom about a possibility of a piece of equipment being added- he texted me the next week that it was bought! Talk about customer service!? Top tier gym in a prime location.

Couldn't be happier with my membership here. It's a no nonsense type of environment, so if you are looking to hit the gym to find your next date, probably not your scene. Staff is incredible / welcoming, equipment is well taken care of and always in working condition, and it has everything you need for any type of training be it weights, circuit, cardio, etc. 24 hour access is perfect for those of us that work off hours, and it's never overpacked at any hour.

This is a perfect little gem of a gym in North Charleston. Has all the right equipment you need and nothing you don’t to get the job done and hit the weights hard. The convenience of having 24 access for Members is amazing too! The staff is really friendly and this gym really help me change my physical fitness!

I’ve never met a friendlier more professional gym staff than the staff here at PCAC. Further, I’ve literally never heard any music play besides Red Hot Chili Peppers and I have to say it makes me feel fantastic.Update: 7 nations army just came on

This is probably the best gym that I have been a part of. All of the staff is amazing, the equipment is always up and working, and the building is always clean. They are very strict on security and it makes me comfortable using the gym 24/7. Even though the building might look small, they have all the equipment you'll need. Including both free weights and machines.I don't have anything but great things to say about this business and is definitely worth it to workout here.
