I had Julie, she was amazing! I asked for pink and white along with a flower design and let her have free range.

We had a bit of a wait but that was expected without appointments. The building was clean and well-kept and the girl who did my nails was friendly, professional, and talented. Prices seemed fair and my nails turned out great- will definitely be returning in the future for a fill-in!

Pedicure was good but the lady by the front did my fill and she claim they didn't have the pink powder so she used clear with a pink polish over it and made my nail ugly showing the fill

This is by far my favorite nail salon in charleston, they are the best are so worth the price i will continue to come here always . Also so nice and soft with hands. The nail art was exactly how the picture i showed im 100 percent satisfied .

I came to get my middle nail fixed on my left hand bc my nail salon is closed until Tuesday. The nail is crooked & bulky. Compare my right hand to my left,..Their energy is stiff and crude. Even though it hurt for him to slide the nail off, he made no efforts to be gentle. Then he cured my nail for 2 minutes and I never knew acrylic needed to be cured… it doesn’t!! And it burned horribly. I had to stop and blow on my nail for a while before he offered the fan. We didn’t speak the entire time and he rushed the process. My nail is irritated now. I’m sitting in their parking lot as I type this.
UPDATE: the nail that they fixed broke in the middle of my nail bed 3 days later. my nail was in a lot of pain for more than a week as it was RAW from the product that they put on. the bottom piece of the fake nail that was left on my nail bed would NOT come off as my nail grew out. not even with soaking it in acetone. so I had to rip the nail off, causing further damage to my nail.
I don’t accept the response to my review. he acted unprofessionally, rudely, took my money, and caused my nail to break very painfully! this apology is nothing but “damage control.” but after having this experience, I have talked to many friends and strangers and they have had the same experience. Particularly with the man who sits in the first chair near the door. Instead of giving empty apologies, you guys should learn to be more compassionate. I don’t know if it was racism or prejudice being the reason I was treated that way. Bc so many foreigners set up shop in America, yet they hate us Americans. but they love American money! How bizarre!
