  My encounters at the store in the North Charleston mall have been very unpleasant. Please review your hiring policies because we encounter unprofessional behaviors from the staff on a consistent basis. People I know will be warned not to shop at this particular location.

  Usually don't review big brand retail stores, but shout out to Gracie & the rest of the store for great customer service at this location!

  Completely unprofessional. Representative was on his phone the entire time. He was the only worker and I was the only customer in the store. Once I mentioned I had a return he was less than pleased to assist me. He mentioned several times I needed to get something else in the store, after I repeatedly said I re-ordered the item and just needed to make a return. He then pretended to key in my order number and said oh yeah you can't return this. My item was eligible for returns because I had checked prior to coming in. He continued laughing on his phone as if he knew what he was saying was a lie. He still refused to assist. I had to make my return via mail and get charged the return shipping all because he wasn't interested in doing his job. If you force them to be too worried about numbers, you will lose customers all together.

  Trendy clothing store with jeans, crop tops, accessories And casual wear. The store was packed with merchandise and I could see this being a nice place to grab a gift for a teenager with a casual style or anyone looking for a casual look. The store appeared neat and organized. While browsing I did notice some employees however no one approached me or offered assistance, to be fair I wasn't in there for very long. Overall it looks like a cute little store.

  Pacsun in Northwoods Mall in North Charleston is a cool place to find some of the latest styles and fashions for a good value. I like all of the different items they have available to select from and always seem to find at least one item and sometimes more that I will end up purchasing. They seem to have some clothes that you will not see in other stores. I have received many compliments from the clothes I have purchased here and have been happy with everything.

  If you walk in, they won’t greet you. They’ll act like you do not exist at all until you call them over for help, but they won’t answer politely. They’ll answer with a “.... yeah??”. Worst pacsun I’ve ever been too. All they do is talk to eachother and fold the clothes.

  Walking into a retail store you would think customer service is one of your main priorities... Not here, I walked in this morning and both employees were on their phone. Then I walked past the counter where they were and one was so busy in his phone that he didn't even look up and the other just looked me up and down and didn't even say anything.. I wish this post would let me post the photo of them on their phones but it won't.

  You can find always a store special. The customers service is always good not complain so far.
