My husband and I just left there and we purchased 2 amazing leather arm chairs! The owner and her husband were super sweet and friendly! The gentleman who helped load our chairs were absolutely fantastic!! We will definitely be back to get the couch we (well I haha) want!! Prices are amazing and staff was so helpful and nice.

Pretty good prices and good furniture but extremely rude/awkward supervisors.We were planning on making some purchases, but the supervisors (middle age man and female with chest tattoo) were yelling at each other and their employees so loud it made us uncomfortable. Chris (employee) was trying to help us but management was being so inappropriate, he couldn’t even do his job.0/10, absolutely absurd that their employees haven’t all quit yet.

As a US Army veteran, I will never purchase from this store again! I am also researching info to have this store placed off limits to all active military.I purchased $2300 worth of furniture from this location for my son(Who is also a USAF veteran). The furniture arrived in the wrong color and was returned to the store without letting us know when our correct furniture was going to be delivered. We went to the store 3 days later to be told that we will have to pay a 2nd delivery fee! I politely asked the short blonde hair lady, "Why are we being charged another fee for your mistake?" She yelled at us, "Your furniture is in the back, you can take now if you want!" I then asked how, we don't have a truck? She yelled at us again, "You know what don't worry about it, I'll send it tonight!"In order to control my PTSD issues, I sadly walked out of the store with my son and biting my tongue. Around 11 pm that night, our furniture was left on the 1st floor sidewalk without notifying us! My son lives in the 3rd floor and they knew this. Sadly, this all occurred on Veterans Day! Thanks for your service??

My daughter came into the store and brought 2 rugs and when they delivered they were the wrong ones. Paid $400 and went to store told them and no response back to her. Please don’t shop here very poor customer service.

They only sell a lot of furniture it sets, which is fine. But, one of the staff (middle age man), seemed kind of rude. Not a terrible experience but I would much rather go somewhere else.

We’ve been looking for furniture for weeks now & we randomly decided to go into this location. To our surprise every items was in stock & ready to go, if you’ve been looking for furniture recently you know that most places are backlogged for MONTHS. We ended up buying a headboard/frame combo, Ashley sectional & a box spring. They don’t offer delivery but off the workers provided delivery after hours. Apparently they are under new management after some previous issues. Everyone we interacted with was very professional & helpful!

I bought a king size mattress, and when I got my new bedroom set which is a full size too. To my surprise, the mattress is too small for it, the measure of the mattress that they sell are not correct and the worst thing is that they do not change or return the money.

Overstock is no longer in the location! Do not waste your time!!! Google says it is open but they have moved and it's an empty lot now.

This place has a wide variety of all sorts of indoor furniture - it essentially is a warehouse and carries, as the name suggests, furniture of last season/year. The staff was friendly and helpful.When I asked about delivery, an associate said he'd deliver it same day after the store had closed. Sketchy but okay, great to have that instant gratification. When I said I wanted it delivered to Johns island, he said $140 and that was the end of our interaction. The salesperson walked me to the front of the store, where we finished the transaction, which didn't include delivery. He said this would be cash upon delivery and that was that. When I got my receipt, there was no phone number to call and after scouring the website the only number was a voicemail service for all overstock's across the company or a web form. I was wondering if I had been scammed as there was no way to contact and no proof I requested delivery. To much of my anticipation, the store closed at 6:30pm and at 7:30pm, my delivery person called and let me know he'd be there within the hour. He did, and brought in, unboxed, set up the couch, and took away the trash. I was pleased but would've liked some way to contact the store.

Went to the business and purchased a bedroom set and sectional. Paid the price in full up front (over $4k) and planned on furnishing two other bedrooms with the business. However...On 2/8/22 my husband and I, purchased a bedroom set, California king mattress and sectional from Christian K. For $4414.34. We viewed a Texas Rustic bedroom set on the sales floor which contained a frame, adjustable base, 2 nights stands, a chest, and long dresser. We had a conversation with Christian on the price and items being sold with the bedroom set. We specifically asked about the adjustable base shown on the sales floor and asked Christian several questions about whether we could use a regular mattress with the adjustable base because we didn't like the separate twin mattresses on the sales floor. We asked whether the adjustable base was a part of the product or if we would need to purchase a box spring. Christian advised us that we did not need a box spring with the adjustable base. So we then agreed to make the purchase. We went the the sales desk to complete the purchase and Christian reviewed the sale items with us. He asked if we needed a box spring and I responded well if it comes with the adjustable base we don't need one do we? Christian responded ok. We were misled to believe that the adjustable base was a part of the frame so that we would not look for it on the receipt. Of course the receipt was also in shorthand with 1 letter designator for the items the bedroom set did come with. The next day we received a delivery on the items. We realized that we did not receive the adjustable base with our purchase. Christian was intentionally misleading as to the items included in the sale. If this had been an oversight that would be understandable but we had several conversations regarding the adjustable base with the sale. Another employee advised us that Christian was known to lie at the business. At a minimum we requested that a box spring come with our purchase. If the business will not honor the adjustable base.Waited a few hours and my husband ended up going to the business during his break from work and spoke to the manager and delivery person. He asked whether they were still planning to deliver the box spring mattress. They said yes however no delivery was made nor any attempt to update us knowing that we can't use the bed in its current state.

Don’t go here for your mattress! Save your time and your money! Bought a mattress from here and within 2 weeks it started sinking on one side! They said it’s nothing they can do & offered me another mattress to buy! (No refund, no mattress swap, no nothing. ) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Ended up going in here while waiting to get our car jumped, but we've been needing a mattress.While it's definitely got an "overstock" feel rather than a showroom, that's to be expected, it's in the name!The prices were great on mattresses and furniture. Within 5 minutes we found a deal we liked and ended up walking out with a mattress. Not a huge selection, but a decent selection well worth checking out.The employees were all friendly, especially Norman. He was literally running to get things moved around and get what we need without being pushy in any way. Top notch guy. ?We came back to pick up our mattress about an hour later with a truck, and by the time we had parked in front of the store and walked in they were already getting our mattress for us. Loaded it up and we were on our wayI see the other two reviews aren't great. One got a dud mattress (that's a bummer for sure) but the store doesn't manufacture the mattresses so you can't really blame them, and another review was commenting on it being crowded and smelly. If you shop during peak hours there's nothing telhey can do. We went midday Friday and it was empty, only smelled like new furniture. ?♂️Will recommend this place to others for sure.
