Horrible service, went here for my lunch break. Waited 25 minutes for one Ruben sandwich, when I FINALLY got my sandwich I went to cash out at the register. The guy working the register clearly didn't know what the hell he was doing, so instead of him asking for help he just sat there looking crazy. I just walked out said forget the food and my other purchases. Completely wasted my whole lunch break.

April 6 23. Ordered an American sandwich on a roll. Informed the guy making the sandwich what I want in it. I let him know spinach, banana peppers, black olives, American cheese mayo, light mustard and oil n vinegar. I leave I get to the place I’m going to eat and it’s nothing of what I ordered. I called him up he tells me he wrote everything down I ordered. Then he tells me I didn’t ask for cheese mustard or mayo however we talked about it. He never put cheese mayo or mustard in it and told me I was wrong.

You may not want to order food here because of atmosphere. Very old and run down inside but the service and kindness along with a very fresh homemade Chicken salad sandwich was worth it! I was visiting Charleston with my hubby and dog and wanted something quick to take on a picnic. Enjoying the beautiful day. My husband had the roast beef. It was very fresh as well. Plenty of chips and soda selection. A great place for a quick delicious meal!

Italian Sub was amazing. Large is enough to feed about 3 people. Had the villagestrami very messy but also delicious.

Ok I'm usually so good about pictures, but I was sooo hungry I dove right in. My husband got a chicken gyro and I got their chicken salad on wheat. The woman that helped us was so polite and since it was our first time in she told us about how the food was prepared and gave us a take out menu for future. The man on the register also confirmed my chicken salad was his favorite on the menu. Everyone was friendly and we felt very welcome somewhere we had never been. My sandwich was full of flavor, they use mesquite chicken and that adds so much flavor. My husband loves his gyro and said he would have again. They have 4 small tables to sit at and a variety of drinks and chips to chose from. Can't wait to go back and try the chicken Philly.

I love having this market in the neighborhood. I sometimes forget they're there, but I try to go when I need something to support a local business. It's the perfect location for a forgotten ingredient at dinner or a last minute roll of paper towels. The deli in the back is great too. I've been wanting to try the breakfast sandwiches so that's on my to do list. For the deli sandwiches they use Boar's Head meat which are top notch. The only thing I would change is the bread. It's often dry and makes the sandwich not as enjoyable. With EVO right next door or other bread options, they should definitely make a change. I would choose it over Jersey Mikes or something similar every time if the bread was better.

This is the spot for breakfast sandwiches. It's exactly what you expect from a breakfast sandwich which is why it never fails to please. Made with love by the ladies who run the kitchen, I'm always treated to a great experience.

Had high hopes after seeing prior reviews and knowing this was located in Park Circle. I was a little taken aback when I walked in and everything was a little "dingy". Stood at the deli counter for a few minutes before the worker behind it acknowledged us. Veggies on my gyro were not incredibly fresh and the pita seemed almost stale. My husband said his Philly didn't have any flavor. Redeeming qualities were the man who rang our things up. He was very friendly and pleasant.

Olde Village is a phenomenal corner store. I've stopped here many times for a nice sandwich and a bottle of wine. The staff is very friendly and we're grateful to have this corner spot in the neighborhood!

Hair in my sandwich. No gloves while making food. Overall very unimpressed. I didn't finish my sandwich as soon as I found the hair.
