When I asked him what he might be able to do for another car with an AC issue, he met my very tight timeline (needed to leave for a trip the next day). He even took the time to give me different options for repair. Will definitely take my next repair to Cannon.”

“I’ve been to the shop a few times now and they have always been able to help me in a pinch or a bind. I came also a few times just for an oil change on all of those times were as the sign says “spee-dee” efficient and I received great service. Robert and Jessica have always been amazing to work with and I’ve come to really count on them as my Local Auto Repair /oil change provider. Especially not being from here it’s helpful to have a great place that I know I can trust I highly recommend them.”

“Have an 08 Escalade, wouldn't start, tried everything, was on verge of selling vehicle until I found Marks. I was done with my Escalade. Previously had backyard mechanic from Facebook tell me it was my bcm then told me they couldn't flash the new bcm to the truck. The shady mechanic left me stranded and truck still not working after $200 and two weeks later with truck stranded in my driveway. I must of called 50-60 mechanics and shops even Cadillac dealership, with no luck. Either no one had the tools to flash it, or never called back(dealership) ...until I found Marks !! Had it towed and within a day Marks flashed the truck with the new bcm, truck still didn't work (non thanks to that shady Facebook mechanic), but then MARKS did a DIAGNOSTIC on my truck CORRECTLY and FIXED IT SAME DAY! My truck needed a whole new fuse box. And man, that new fuse box look great!! MY TRUCK RUNS LIKE A CHAMP NOW!!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT MARKS, YALL ARE HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN CHARLESTON!!! IF ITS NOT MARKS- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! DONT MAKE THE SAME FIRST MISTAKE LIKE I DID, DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, AND TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MARKS!!

“Excellent service and highly recommend! Just before parking my truck at the Charleston airport for a recent trip the engine started running rough and transmission shifting improperly. I called Jimmy’s when back at the airport and they were able to quickly get me in to diagnose and repair it so I could drive home. Thank you Jimmy!”

“Here on vacation and noticed a low tire pressure on dash board. I called number and spoke with Oliver asking him if th store carried nitrogen for my tires- he applied yes- PERFECT, he confirmed an appointment within the next few minutes . I came into store and told them I needed nitrogen and they told me they didn't carry it. When you call their number it goes to the call center! I spoke with Lester and he helped me out! Just a heads up be sure they can help you when you make an appointment! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars cause they gave wrong info over phone.”
“The only reason that the auto center is getting five stars from me is because of two employees Jermaine Heyward and Antwaun the manager over the auto department I received a text message that my car was ready to be picked up however all the workers decided to take a break at the same time leaving nobody at the desk I sat there and waited with Jermaine and he tried to get one of the workers attention however that worker just walked off after 20 minutes had passed Jermaine got up on his scooter (his leg was hurt) and scooted over to find that same worker and came back and told me that the same guy who walked off would call for help these two showed exemplary customer service and I thank them both.Service: Oil change”

“The Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable.
They were honest, funny and well informed. I had minimal wait time and was not sold anything that I really didn't need. Although this is not the closet location to me,I'll continue going to this location for all my oil changes”
