“This place is a gem! Not only do they have an amazing selection of plants and supplies, but the customer service is next level. Each person when above and beyond to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I was looking for. Even better, they had an amazing workshop, led by Hannah, all about indoor houseplants. I learned so much about different indoor plants and how to help them thrive. I cannot wait for more workshops and to spend more time visiting this amazing plant mecca.”

“I was shocked when I walked into the garden store and the first thing on my left were silk pajamas. This garden store has so much more than garden equipment! It has jewelry, clothes, decorations, and maybe even furniture. The people were so nice. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and nice. We did not buy anything but had a nice time looking around!”

“As a plant lover this is one of my favorite nursery’s! I bought an orange & peach tree here and it fruited the same year!! Fruit trees were reasonably priced as well as other plants. It’s such a huge nursery. Call before you go to double check the hours.”

“Used to be a Lowes guy, but lately it seems the selection and employee engagement with shoppers is a bit stronger at The Depot. Also, we don't get hassled by employees standing at isle ends trying to sell us something like the other place.”

“As of Tuesday I officially became a first-time home buyer (FTHB as I've been calling myself!) and that means I will be spending a lot of my time at stores with the word "home" in them!!!First up I needed to buy a refrigerator. The Home Depot had deals going on until the end of November, so I wanted to take advantage. When I arrived to the appliance section the girl was helping another customer so I waited. I'd been looking at the fridge online for a couple weeks and knew exactly what I wanted. We got it loaded on her computer and luckily before paying I noticed it wasn't what I wanted! We backed the order out and found exactly what I wanted for the same price and more features. The next day LeeLee called me to let me know a model of my fridge was now on the display floor. So nice of her to take the time to call me as I really wanted to touch it and see it before spending such a large amount of money!Buying a new home is overwhelming. Shopping for things for a new home is overwhelming. I've found that if home stores such as The Home Depot are properly staffed the experience can be way less stressful. Otherwise you will find yourself walking around aimlessly in a warehouse full of very tall rows of LOTS of stuff.”

“Lots of DIY projects lately. First project to clean up these stools with Home Depot paint. Had them tint one of the wood stains for me (Behr brand) in Atlantic navy. Came out great & I didn't have to sand off the original stain which was a time saver. Second was a blanket ladder. Found some measurements on Pinterest and went to Home Depot for supplies. The guys cut the wood for me which cut down greatly on the time to prepare and assemble.”

“Nicki at the checkout station is an absolute pleasure! She knew where everything was that I needed. She is to be trusted and is passionate about her job. Thanks Nicki and; Heather in hardware for taking care of me tonight. Cheers!”

“Overpriced lumber (no surprise there), support your local businesses whenever possible instead of big box stores!!

All my experiences at this Home Depot have been positive thus far. I've frequented this location as needed for projects.”

“I have to say, I am normally a Lowes shopper because we don't like the Home Depot in Summerville much. People aren't super helpful there and definitely not friendly. I was hesitant to go to this Home Depot but it's the only place that had something we needed and it was on our way home from downtown. So we stopped. EVERYONE was so super nice and helpful! I wish it wasn't so far away. The people we encountered from a gentleman stocking who knew right away where what we were looking for was, to the people at the self check out. There were like 3 people at the self check out and 2 that were at the other counter that all were so very friendly. That has changed how I feel about Home Depot. I'm glad it was the only place that had what we needed. Keep being awesome!”
