Don’t buy a car from here !!!! I bought a 2011 Subaru WRX Hatchback I seen the rust on the car and was notified about the rust underneath I asked to go see the car on the rack since the mechanic was doing fluid checks the owner said he’ll get pictures from the mechanic and he printed them off and I don’t know what I was looking at but the mechanic did came and said everything was fine and it was minimal rust. Days later took it to Gerald’s tires to get an alignment done they said I should have never bought the car cause I was lied to about the rust they basically said I need to find another car and majority of the problems was more in the front of the car. These people will sell cars for the quick buck no matter what type of car it was and they never take the time to check the cars before they buy them from an auction

Sold a completely broken car. Tag came 2 weeks late, told them about the broken car that I paid a warranty on. Would not fix. Told them to come get it out my yard. Not worth the credit hit or hassle and I'm getting an attorney.

This is my second time having to come to Mr roberth in a time of need despite the fact that I already have an active loan and a slight hick up this gentleman went through the backs to make sure I got what I needed to pay my bills I salute this man and appreciate him greatly

This business is very shady bought a car from them in December the owner wasn’t there to do transaction so his associate did it and apparently didn’t know what she was doing so had to go sign the papers again but date them as he was there the day I purchased then the car. Then tried to transfer my license plate and more out of the sale they applied for a new license plate meanwhile the old tag accrues fees for not being turned in. Would HIGHLY NOT recommend to anybody to do business here unless you want to get screwed over!

So far so good Miss Dina has been awesome with returning my phone calls and making sure I know what I’m looking at and giving me all the information that I need gonna be going there tomorrow hopefully just waiting on her to call me back because I messaged her after business hours

I called asking questions about my car & car payment a rude nasty attitude lady answer the phone getting rude with me & she hang up the phone in my face while I was talking to her so very rude nasty & disrespectful!

I came and got a car a year and a half ago and it's been NOTHING but problems. The staff always has attitudes and never try to help resolve anything. My car broke down after two weeks and I got it towed back and they claimed it was the water pump, fixed it supposedly and after two more weeks it started to mis fire. I tried to get it back in the shop on the property but the wait was ridiculous so I took it into my own hands getting part after part replaced. Finally it drove okay for a few months but one again broke down. The wait was still extremely long so I took it too my own mechanic and got the belt and compressor fixed and it started running again. But after a month broke down again! I couldn't figure out exactly what it was that was causing the problem but I talked with northwoods and they told me just bring it back and they would see what was wrong as soon as they could. It stayed for a week when they called and told me it was the ignition switch and pdm computer or whatever. I waited two months for repairs and finally just went and picked it back up because he said the ignition switch was fixed and I should be okay to drive until computer part came in. Once again paying the warranty fee and guess what, it broke down the very next day! I called and called and kept getting the run around. Saying they were waiting for the computer part and I couldn't get anything off my bill or any type of replacement car or anything. Eventually I stopped laying the car payment because it was extremely high for a 2011 especially one that I barely drove this I tire year. I've tried to contact the for weeks and no answer. But woke up with the car repossessed. I've wasted 1000 of dollars into this car and haven't got any help nothing but attitude and the run around! Not to mention my tag was stolen off my car while it was there. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Do not recommend to anyone because now as time passes I see it wasn't just me they are a rip off and don't care about their customers at all!

Great place just don't let your car get repoed with your belongings because they will charge a 50 gate fee plus 20 dollars a day its ridiculous I lost everything I own because they sold the car with my belongings everything that I own now I have nothing left at all plus I was homeless at the time.

My mother bought a truck from here. The truck worked for a week then broke down on her, they took the truck and told her they were fixing it. NOT only did they never give her the truck back BUT they also would not give her back her money. Place is full off con artist.
