My fiancé drives a truck. We pick up at several different Linage Logistics locations. Charleston Lineage is by far is absolute worse Linage we pick up at. We were told by a supervisor at Linage to arrive at 5 a.m. to get loaded. We have been here literally15 hours & are still not loaded. Whomever is over the staff needs to hire some new help!!!! Hopefully the company my fiancé drives for w ill see how unprofessional this place is and will stop using Lineage in Charkeston, SC

Friendly folks. Nice lady at the receiving desk. Call ahead (about 15 min. prior to arrival) and they will tell you which dock to go to. Do not open your trailer doors. Do disconnect your red air line. Do chock your tires. Take your bills inside and sign in. They will bring your bills out when you're empty. Overnight parking is allowed if your delivery appointment is late enough. There's a Pilot just down the street.

Call ahead before you come .there is no overnight parking. I Had an open appointment between 5-11pm I called around 12pm to see if they would take me early, I was told receiving starts at 5 they took my # put me on a call list. Got a call 4pm missed it (was sleeping) got another call 4:30 with a door was out within 45 mins

Park at the pilot about 1/2 mile up the road and call to check in. They will call you with a door when they have 1 for you . Unloaded in about an hour

Be patient with the shipping & receiving personnel. They are short on space but are very good at what they do. They do get you unloaded on time I will say that!

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING! call before you arrive. If you arrive in the area night before your pickup call to get put on the call list. CALL AGAIN IN THE MORNING to verify that you are still on the list. Night shift loses list. !PRIME DRIVERS! Make are your PO has been released for your load and have an actual appt time or you might be waiting longer or list may be canceled. PILOT IS NORMALLY FULL AFTER 8 but you can park at entrance 3 trucks to the curb before staff may ask you to move.

Got here at 8 am to check in at the time company opens. Got sent to a truck stop for 3 hours. After that got called to come to a dock was instructed to slide tandems, brake seal open the doors back in and remove air line, done so. Waited 3 hours with open doors, closed dock door. Product IS TEMPERATURE SENSATIVE. It is 2 pm and noone has touched the load yet.

There are two sides to this wearhouse. The "a" side is the front entrance side. The "b" side is on the back of the building, follow the fence line all the way down to find it!
