Remember to call 20 minutes before your appointment. They'll instruct you to park at Pilot and call you when they're ready. However, be prepared for slow loading, even when it's not busy

Call ahead before you come .there is no overnight parking. I Had an open appointment between 5-11pm I called around 12pm to see if they would take me early, I was told receiving starts at 5 they took my # put me on a call list. Got a call 4pm missed it (was sleeping) got another call 4:30 with a door was out within 45 mins
