I bought a memory foam air mattress in April and was told it would become a bit softer with time. It’s absolutely horrendous and hard still. Now I’m stuck with a $600 bed. I wish I exchanged it when I had the chance. Stay far away from memory foam unless you want a stiff mattress.

Bought a $5000 top of the line mattress and box spring. Box spring is 59 inches long , mattress is 60 inches long, didn't fit our custom bed. Sent out another box spring which was also 59 inches. Wouldn't take mattress and box springs back even though they were still in the heavy plastic, said that they have no returns or refunds in spite of what the internet says. Had to go out and buy a box spring that fit. Will never shop there again

Chelsea was amazing! I called In search of a box spring that I needed same day. She took the time to confirm she had one in stock and had it all ready to go one I got there. I called several stores and visited several others and they were the only ones that had them AND they were the cheapest in town by at least $50 for the same one, I could’ve gotten at any of the other stores.
