I came in looking for some styles with the Dynasoft midsole (most comfortable and resilient midsole I've found for my feet), unfortunately they only had 1 style that I didn't like. Was talking to Dalton (new guy) and he realized pretty quickly I'd done a bunch of hunting already and probably knew more about that particular shoe than he did. He didn't give up on me though and talked me into checking online to see if they could order anything I liked. Shoutout to Markel for helping Dalton and I find a pair of the Dynasoft Nitrel v6's that I hadn't realized had even released yet. Markel price matched them and hooked me up with a military discount on top. I rarely do these reviews but Dalton and Markel knocked it out of the park today.

Yeah I really like the store because the last time that I was there I picked up a pair of 650s for like 30 bucks. Which is pretty amazing because they go for 130 most cases. I'll definitely be back to see what kind of deal they have. I'm sure they won't have a deal like that very often, but they do have some good shoes and they have some sizes that are hit or miss. Sometimes. I don't often get to find something that I really like so quickly, but I did that time and I jumped on it. I think my wife was a little upset that I bought another pair of shoes because I literally have about 100 pairs of shoes. It's sad. It's an addiction. I need help. Help.

Horrible experience!! I went there my daughter pick a pair of shoes and we went to the register. I gave the man cash and he needed to give me 5 dollars back. The put the money in the register and he told me you gave me the right amount. He started screaming saying he was sure it was the right amount. He insisted and continued screaming. The manager came and told him don’t worry I now you are right! She started counting the money and there there were my 5 dollars. They did not even apologize for the awful moment ! The man screaming my daughter was extremely scared.

My husband and I owe a cake studio and work in a kitchen where we stand on our feet all day. We went to look for new shoes for him, he has been wearing his running sneakers to work that he wore out and wanted to replace. I had no intention of buying shoes for myself, but this amazing employee Mel helped us both to find the perfect shoes. I have always wore Danskos in the kitchen and it’s like standing on a wooden block. My back always hurts. I tried on these shoes she suggested and it was like I was standing on a cloud. We are so thankful for her help. Culinary folks cushion and arch support are the way to go, forget Danskos and flat Birkenstocks! Bonus, they have great deals and all black. Thank you Mel! We’ll be back!

I went to multiple shoe stores to find shoes for work and nobody helped me. I want to New balance and if they are employee Mel was so sweet and helpful, helped me find the correct fit and what works best for me and had such a good attitude. I'm glad I got my shoes from them.
