Needed a box spring for my girlfriend in a hurry. Made some calls, and the folks at Charleston Mattress had one in stock that they could deliver that day. They took a payment over the phone and a few hours later the box spring was showing up. That's as A+ as it gets for me! Most other stores in the area said they would call me back and didn't. Even Mattress Firm didn't even respond to my message until the next day. Charleston Mattress will be my first call or stop next time I need something for a bed. J.Ja

Thanks to Liz and her staff for going above and beyond. Provided a high quality custom made mattress as promised in less than a week. That's nearly impossible to find now days. Not to mention a family owned business with owners that actually speak with customers and walk you through the entire buying process. Highly recommend anyone in the market for a mattress go see these guys.

All around great experience buying a mattress here. No pressure and we'll informed salesperson. Helped us narrow down our selection. Ordered on a Saturday and delivered and set up the following Friday. Couldn't be more pleased.

What a great local company. Mattresses built right here in the lowcountry and better quality than the big-name companies. Delivery drivers Oland and Chris were great to deal with, as was Elizabeth in the retail store. My back thanks you all.

Went there to buy multiple mattresses and researched products, contact info and reviews. Website said it opened at 11am. Arrived at noon but they were closed. A note on door said they were only open on saturdays! The note said to call as they could be there or to make appointment. Called twice...no answer. Left message and never got a call back. Luckily, the competition was open.

We have ordered a few mattresses over the years from very basic guest bed type to most recently a custom size antique queen for our own bed. Charleston Mattress builds an excellent mattress for a range of needs. I was pleasantly surprised to see better than expected quality in the newest delivery. The staff from sales to delivery is excellent as well- helpful and responsive.

Bought a new box spring & mattress from somewhere else when we moved from PA. Had it returned less than 6 months later -pure junk! Bought a superfirm mattress & box spring from Charleston Mattress -WE LOVE IT! After going to hotels when traveling & staying with family, the best part of coming home is our bed! Can't say enough good about it! I wish Charleston Mattresses were carried by other stores so I could replace our family's guestbeds!

I visited the store on Labor Day... after searching online for weeks to find MY perfect mattress. Liz greeted me and answered all of my questions and even some that i didn't know i had.... but I've finally found the mattress for me. Can't wait for delivery...in only 3 days. Thank you Liz

We recently relocated to this area, and needed a mattress. It was great to find a local company that makes high quality beds. They worked with us buying a mattress over the phone. And when the mattress wasn't quite the right selection for us, Liz met with us an let us try out mattresses in the showroom and took care of the exchange. Now we couldn't be happier. Great quality, value, and customer service.
