Horrible service! Was there at 6:45 and Dianna would not let me in. Said it was her manager's policy even though they don't close until 7:00. Now my daughter is without a phone. I have been a faithful customer since 2012. I am now switching service and provider.

ZULEMA IS AMAZING ! She helped us get our number ported over with ease due to the customer service call center messing up TREMENDOUSLY FOR FOUR DAYS AND MANY HOURS !She is a great territory manager and does her job well.! I would love working for her. Sorry for the frustrations lol

CHECK THE RECEIPT IF THEY DONT GIVE YOU ONE ASK FOR ONE !!!!!!!I also thought the staff was friendly except for the manager she's full of her self. It wasn't till I got home and checked my receipt that I noticed the things they said were "free" case, screen protector and headphones were all charged to me plus $4 to. Put on a screen saver that I could have put on myself..$100 dollars extra.. my phone was in sale plus they used my upgrade and pocketed $100.. they got my friend for $150 ..just talked to him ... CHECK THE RECEIPT
