The sales associate Guadalupe was very knowledgeable on store inventory and was able to quickly assist me with purchase of my new phone and service bought in the store. she was able to multi-task handling multiple customer payments while my phone was being activated. it was a very precise and pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

They need new employees I think he’s the manager doesn’t show good customer service and just stand there, while we waited to be taking care of. He is awful. I’m switching services.

Started helping me then helped someone while he waited on me and that made my stay in the store 40 mins instead of 15. Then the other guy behind the counter looked at me waiting and took a phone call smh. Don’t worry I won’t be back.

Metro by T-Mobile on Dorchester Road in North Charleston is an excellent source for quality wireless and cell phones at a good value. They have really good customer service here and are available to answer any of your questions or provide assistance when needed. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here.
