The sales associate Guadalupe was very knowledgeable on store inventory and was able to quickly assist me with purchase of my new phone and service bought in the store. she was able to multi-task handling multiple customer payments while my phone was being activated. it was a very precise and pleasant experience. They need new employees I think he’s the manager doesn’t show good customer service and just stand there, while we waited to be taking care of. He is awful. I’m switching services.

All they want to do sell a phone they're not the most helpful I don't know why I stayed with them for so long but I was with them for almost 3 years I'm so glad I switched
