Employees, including the manager, at this office deceive customers by adding additional services without their consent and defraud them of money. This deception came to light upon receiving the monthly service bill. When I approached the store, they claimed to know nothing about it.

This location stole a payment from my dad. I reached out to the contact given to resolve it and was never called back.

I pulled up in the parking lot and walked into the store. Both employees were outside and saw me walk in. I had to go back outside and ask one of them to help me. Then when I tried to pay my bill they had no money in the store and couldn’t make change. Need better customer service!!!
