The salesperson we dealt with was very knowledgeable and also very easy to deal with. He explained the choices of mattresses they had available that matched our needs, without putting any pressure on us to buy anything. We felt very comfortable with the purchase decision we made.

I went together with my wife and two boys. It was already late and the store was soon to close. Joel was amazing. He took the time to showcase every bed we wanted to know about. He explained the differences and was willing to stay beyond closing time. He did not pressure us and in the end we felt we got more than we asked for. This is my second bed there in the Rivers store and I will continue going there. An add bonus was that Joel is bilingual and that was super good since we are Latinos and talking Spanish made us feel even more welcome. I recommend Joel and Matress Firm 100%.

I’m actually a former employee of MattressFirm and was blown away by the service and help I received at the North Rivers location today. Preston was the associate on duty and he had another family walk in right after me. He stayed attentive and helpful to us both the entire time and helped us both find the right choice for us. Can’t wait to sleep on our new mattress!
