Wish I could give negative stars because this salon is terrible. I told this lady multiple times the polish is wrong. The bottle says pink to red. But they are obviously orange. This lady tells me they are hot pink. I told her after she stared cutting my nails down don’t go too far. Its to short on the ring finger and she said no it will level out. They charged me $54 for a fill-in. They laughed that she did the ring polish and then asked me if I wanted to tip. Why the hell would I tip you, when you’re lucky I paid. This is my second visit but it’s definitely my last. The 1st time I came in there they charged me a price that wasn’t posted. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. No wonder why they always have an open chair. Lesson learned,

my experience here horrible my nails are wide and sloppy I got a acrylic set yesterday and my nails are peeling already I told the man to fix the shape but he just said “ no we aren’t done “ he also kept pushing my skin back with his nail which hurt badly each time
he did it the nails on my right hand are also longer than the ones on my left save your money.

I just left and will never go back. Not only did the nail tech nick me umpteen times and kept stepping on my foot. And she was watching videos on her cell phone while doing my nails. However, she offered me a facial wax that I don't even need. Trust me, if hair (other than eyebrows and eyelashes) grew on my face I wouldn't leave the house until it is taken care of. I'm that self conscious. She insisted. I said no. There is no lip hair.
Never again.
Stylist: Rude, offensive, distracted, money hungry.

Yall I normally do not do this. But I had the worst experience. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I paid and left. The first photo is what I asked for and this is what I received. Again I am only posting this so no one goes here. It was so bad ? I also had him take off the design because it looked awful. Photo on left is what I asked for and photo on right is what I got.

I asked for regular French tip with dark pink on the inside the guy suggested another color and I agreed I asked for regular French tip and they gave me a completely diff set and charged me 95.05 don’t go here worst mistake of my life sloppy job as well horrible detail they are also bulky

Highly Disappointed! How can you mess up something so easy? I went up there for a Eyebrow wax.
When I went in the room to get my eyebrows done I noticed the woman that was doing my eyebrows was on the phone not really paying attention, she was not cleaning none of the material she was putting on my face.
She Began to put the hot wax on my face.She didn't even blow it.It was pipe and Hot and I told her u would think she would have blew it the next time?.
She continued to do my eyebrows.the exact same thing I woke up this morning with bumps around my eyebrows definitely won't be back smh.....

Came in with the girlfriend yesterday so she could get her nails done before a trip. It was fast, no frills, no wait, done well, and extremely inexpensive, which is quite welcome in the Charleston area. The place itself is a bit run down, it's not a luxury spa by any means, but I have not seen or had any better or worse results by how nice the place looks and neither has my girlfriend. Perfectly satisfied with Magic Nail. J.Ja

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! A NAIL TECH NAMED ‘TONY’ TOLD ME TO CASH APP HIM MONEY AND WOULD GIVE ME A “FREE SERVICE” For a full set and a pedicure. Not only did he steal my money he refused to pay me back and the salon refused to reimburse me for their worker stealing money from me and would not give me my service. DO NOT GO THERE. It is a scam!!!!

I used to go here all the time. Worst service today. A 25.00 manicure that lasted less than five minutes. Sloppy job. Won't go back.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever visited in my entire life. I received what I thought was a gel polish manicure. The very next day the polish fell off of my nails and I didn’t even know when it happened. I called and spoke to the owner and I told her what happened and she told me to come for a refund after I got back in town . She only gave me $20 back out of the $75.50 that I spent there. I had to find a nail salon because I was out of town for an event. They have the worst customer service and definitely doesn’t know how to do nails . If I could rate them ten million ZEROS I would !!!!
