I had floors installed and a few months later noticed an issue. I spoke to LL and within 2 1/2 hours the contracted crew came back to my home and fixed the issue with no charge. I am forever grateful.2nd time customer!

Jacob and the Team at the North Charleston store have been amazing! From start to finish, they answered all of our questions, educated us in the product, how to install it, and how To upkeep it. We went with engineered natural bamboo because it was a perfect match for the floor our house came with. They beat Lowes and Home Depot by over $3,000! If you are looking to replace your floors, go see the North Charleston LL Flooring store!

Said I was negative for asking a question and the more questions we asked the more it seemed he was waisting his time. Another associate came by and answered a few questions but seemed in a hurry and left. Other customer was waited on hand and foot. Left and went to Lowes and purchased 2100 square feet of flooring with nothing but great service. Everyone has a bad day but not in sales. Not with us anyway.

The store had exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately the sales person was not only dismissive but argumentative and rude. Maybe a bad day but he lost the sale.

Kudos to LL flooring N. Charleston SC. I needed to return some flooring and was anticipating a hassle. Absolutely no hassle, unloaded with a smile. I have bought and used a lot of flooring from here and has turned out great.

We went to LL Flooring as our first place to look at a new floor for our kitchen. We found what we loved and didn't feel we needed to look anywhere else. Everything from purchasing the floor, to having it installed was an easy process. The men who installed the floor did a beautiful job! We absolutely love our new floors. Very good lighting so you can actually see what you're buying. Small but busy staff, very knowledgable and a great help to someone who knows nothing about flooring. I really liked the store and staff, I'd recommend them.
