Needs improvement, customer assistance is hard to get, when you do get it they leave it up to you to find the items in the section on your own, they just point you in that direction and then you are on your own. Never can show you and item you saw on line, they say it's in the back somewhere but never makes an effort to get it for yo

I'd be wary of recommending Lowes for kitchen cabinets. Once the kitchen cabinet designers (who do a fine job I'll add) finish your design and take payment, the Lowes store does very little to actually make sure you receive the items you purchased in good condition or get them installed in an acceptable fashion.
Customers can choose to have "Lowes" do the kitchen cabinet installation, but no one from Lowes is installing those cabinets. Lowes hires a third party contractor who they have a contract with. This store also only has a contract with one installer in the area. So if that installation contractor does a poor job or you are not comfortable with them doing work on your home, you are stuck as a customer. There is no other option.
The scheduling of the installation isn't managed by the store. The delivery of cabinets isn't managed by the store. Accountability for quality control of the cabinets or installation is not handled by the store. The store isn't even able to give a refund in many circumstances. Basically once you pay for those cabinets, your fate is in many other entities hands which do not communicate well with one another.
I purchased kitchen cabinets from Lowes more than a year ago and my job has not been completed. In that time, the cabinet manufacturer sent out multiple units that were damaged. The installation company, which is supposed to come and inspect the cabinets prior to installation missed the damage the majority of the time. Other times, they failed to inspect at all. I received cabinets that were cracked, dented, scratched, oversprayed with paint, and built significantly out of square.
In at least one instance when the installation company did notice that a cabinet had been cracked, they asked if I'd like the cabinet replaced. I told them I did want the cabinet replaced but they installed the cracked cabinet anyway.
For that cabinet and other damaged cabinets, replacements were eventually ordered. However, in many instances when we sent back a part or cabinet, more damaged goods were sent in their place. At one point, the manufacturer had sent nine separate shipments containing damaged cabinets or doors. I had certain cabinets shipped to me in just a cardboard box with no other protective packaging in the box.
During the first installation attempt, a member of the installation crew operated carelessly in my home by not properly checking for studs in the walls damaging items within the walls. Installation had to be halted and I was instructed to have the damage professionally repaired and send them (not Lowes) the receipt for reimbursement.
I received my first delivery of more than a dozen cabinets in less than two weeks after ordering. However, when a damaged cabinet was sent and had to be replaced, the turn-around time for those cabinets or parts doubled or tripled often taking 4-6 weeks every time we had to send something back, which was quite a lot.
Finally after the last set of damaged cabinets arrived, I was led to believe that replacements were yet again being ordered. However, less than two weeks later, Lowes corporate informed me they would not be able to honor their end of the contract and instead would be "refunding" my money. They did not simply refund my money however. There are additional strings attached. Lowes did say I could keep the cabinets that had already been sent in addition to the "refund", but many of the cabinets are missing doors or are damaged, so the cabinets aren't particularly useful unless I want a kitchen with damaged cabinets. If I want to start over with another company, I'll also need to cover the cost of having the damaged cabinets uninstalled. I was so excited purchasing the cabinets originally, but Lowes has definitely lost me as a customer for any significant future purchase. I'd hate for anyone else to go through the waste of time

Bunch idiots.. Don't bother with north charleston, go across the street to Home depot. No one knows anything about construction. Or what's in the store.

Worst Lowes ever. Bought new washing machine did not work. Bought 2nd washing machine does not work. I believe they are sending out used machines. Two brand new machines should work first time. First machine(Whirlpool) not enough water to wash. Second machine(GE) plenty of water but does not rinse to spin out excess water. I have always bought washers and dryers from Lowes but this store I think they just send out used stuff. Talked to store manager and just get the run around and excuses. Have reported to BBB.
Have talked to Tabitha at Lowes Excutive Customer Relations and all I get is pass the buck. They say contact the extended warranty from Assurance who will repair the machine. However as I explained to both parties I paid for a new machinr and NOT a broken machine! I just want a replacement machine(new) or a refund. I DO NOT want a repair! I paid for a new machine and NOT for a broken machine that needs repair. I have bought appliances from Lowes since the 60's and NEVER had a problem until now. Two supposedly new machine that are broken. Please what is with Lowes? Their so call Customer Relations STINK!!!!!!!!!

The garden section is impeccable! Lots of well taken care of flowers, plants, trees, etc. The staff was friendly and plenty of carts to choose from. They also had a clearance rack full of plants which is unusual at the other Lowes locations. Especially since theirs actually didn't look bad!!

I was harassed while already on a time crunch trying to make a big purchase by the "Pro-Assosiates" asking me to sign up for a business account after repeatedly telling them no and I don't have a business.
