My friend and I came in yesterday. Ellie was so nice and patient. She took the time to help us in finding jeans that we actually feel confident in. I’ve never had a sales associate make me feel like I could actually take my time when they were helping me. Thanks Ellie!

I hate shopping for shorts and haven't found a good fitting Levi's in years. Walking in I had very low expectations on finding a pair of shorts that didn't show too much bottom as a mom but with the help of the sales lady she pointed me in the right direction and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she was very sweet and followed up with me in the fitting room. I was a little shocked by the price of only two pairs of shorts, but it was well worth finally being happy with shorts. Best shorts experience I've ever had.

I needed to EXCHANGE two pairs of jeans that are brand new, with all the tags still on them for a smaller size that i had bought online some months ago. I was told they have a NEW 30-day return policy, and they couldn't help me with exchanging the jeans for a smaller waist size.

Staff was amazing and SO helpful! They went out of their way to help me find the perfect pair of jeans by calling multiple other locations in search of my size. The pair I ordered online didn't fit and they did an in store return and swapped for the new pair they found at another location. Awesome customer service. I felt like royalty. My jeans just came and they fit perfectly. Literally downloaded yelp to rave about how cool this was of them :)
