Excellent service and very satisfied with the service I received from Dr. Riha during my eye exam and assistance from Nicholas on purchasing new prescription sunglasses. Would highly recommend the Northwoods Mall office.

My glasses broke while I was at work today. Not only was LensCrafters the only place that had an appointment with an eye doctor today, they were also one of the very few that were open after 5 o’clock. When I got there, I was greeted warmly by the store manager. When I told her that I was there for an eye exam and to get new glasses, she helped me look at frames until my appointment time. Leigh Purvis, the Optometrist, and the person that assisted her, were both wonderful. They were both very thorough. After my doctor visit, the manager, Lucy also continued to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. She also did her best to keep cost minimal for me. Everyone was so pleasant, and everyone took their time in examining my eyes, explaining what they were doing and Lucy was so patient in helping me pick the perfect frames. . I will definitely go back again and really enjoyed my time there.

OMG!!! We are traveling from Florida and my glasses broke and we walked into LensCrafters. The staff was amazing and fixed my glasses within seconds!!! Exceptional staff and Customer Service!!!

My daughter and I had out annual check up with Dr. Purvis! She is amazing as always. I love how she explains everything and is so thorough and then asks if we have any questions! She is a fabulous doctor The lady who conducted our testing was fantastic as well. Then there is Lucy! Let me just begin by saying, “WOW”! This young woman is very gifted at what she does for Lens Crafters. She explained that she had only stepped into the role as gm 3 months ago and you would have never know it! She knows her stuff and she took her time with both of us and gave us explanations of what we had chosen for eye wear! She is definitely an asset you your company! Great job LensCrafters! Keep up the great work!

I have never used Lenscrafters until this week. My family and I were on vacation and my glass frame popped in half. I had a backup pair but the lenses were old because I now wear bifocals. I'm so dependent on my glasses, for every day living and work, so I started to panic when I couldn't find anyone who was able to switch my lenses into my backup frame. I went to two different eyeglass shops before going to Lenscrafters. The moment I stepped into Lenscrafters, the staff was so concerned, professional, and eager to help. They no longer carry my brand, Silhouette, but instead of just shutting me down and turning me away, like Eyeglass World did, they listened and said "let us see what we can do". Ten minutes later, my lenses were switched, on my face, and I was ready to go. I asked how much I owed and the staff said "you owe us nothing". I informed them again that I had never purchased anything from their company. They would not take a dime!!!! My eyes started to tear up. I don't know if their staff is aware of how much of a blessing they have been to me but I am so grateful for them. They are truly a blessing from God. Thank you!

I could have had a less expensive eye exam. I’m glad I didn’t. I never felt like a customer here. I felt like a patient. To me that’s an important distinction. I asked questions and got answers. I’m over 50 and this was my first eye exam. I’m glad I chose to do it here. EVERYONE I interacted with had great energy and positivity - ebullient even. That alone was worth what I had to spend. If you want a great experience in an environment where you feel valued as a human being I highly recommend this place.

I was a little skeptical of having my eye exam "at the mall" but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and professional. Most importantly to me, Dr. Purvis was excellent. She was very thorough and took the time to answer questions and explain my results. I couldn't have asked for anything more from my appointment.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered some shades and they were never sent to my home of record. They said they were supposed to be sent by a certain date. That date was the date that I had to leave for my deployment. Now that I’m back the only option I have is I can get them for 50% off. Sorry that’s the wrong answer. The company messes up and they tell you to “just buy them again!!!” I’m not spending another $100 dollars on something i spent $200 on.
