Back in 2011, I was upgrading vehicles. I had my mind set on buying this 1995 Ford Mustang GT. My current vehicle was bound to sell any day for a little over $3000. The Mustang was $4000. I went in to Lendmark and met with Bryce. This guy is the big brother you always wanted. He pulled my credit score and I was surprised that I had an 810! We became good friends after that. Long story short, I sold the van a month later for $3200. So basically, Lendmark helped me turn my work van into a Mustang GT for $800 and some change. I used them once more after that and I was surprised that Bryce remembered me 4 years later. That is excellent customer service!

I came in looking at a specific vehicle and they answered all the questions I had and had me approved in a matter of minutes and my credit isn't the best Savannah was the person who helped and I think Deanna they were great and friendly.

Extended a loan with this company tricked my mother and I into believing we were just adding to the original loan but in fact they extended the loan for 4 years.... we borrowed $1800 and had no clue we were signing up to pay back almost $10k in interest...We only owed 7k left on the loan and now we owe $19k please go to a reputable source and make sure to ask questions because these people will make you believe one thing and it really is something else ...I do not recommend doing business with Mae or The Older Gentleman they are wrong and not honest

The person who helped us when we were signing the papers was jovial and very helpful. That's where the helpfulness ended. I wanted to set up automatic payments and I called and left multiple messages for him, as well as sent an email. Never did I receive a response from any of them. Finally I made a payment with my debit card online, only because the receptionist who answered helped me with the account number as it needed to be entered online (must add branch number at the end - did not know this). Felt as if, once the papers were signed, he no longer felt a need to deal with us. Securing the loan was great, but after that we are highly disappointed with lack of communication.
