i'm always looking for a good sale; when i saw the email BOGO FREE it was my time to head out. i got a warm greeting and fitting from APRIL...she was extremely helpful and multitask like a champ with the # of customers in the store. i saw two colors that wasn't in my size so she was kind enough to order them and have them shipped to the house...ladies plz go visit APRIL for high quality customer services and a great deal

I went in and asked to be sized. The young lady in the front requested that someone assist me in the back, but that lady was already helping someone else. The lady in front had short hair (low cut) and was folding clothing, she then eventually walked to the back and stated that she would size me due to me waiting. She sized me, and when I inquired about the full coverage bras, she directed me to the bras before returning back to the front. I get it; the task at the workplace needs to be completed. However, I have never gone into a Lane Bryant and not been helped. I went away saying I'd order online (and didn't due to one spoiled apple in the store), and she said you wanted me to order. I was like, "Can you and puzzled?" and simply responded that I would order online. The young lady turned her back and continued to fold the clothing. Lane Bryant in Columbia, at the SandHill site, and in Florence will never make its customers feel lost while shopping. If I hadn't had to leave, I would have asked the other lady to assist me, but she was busy with other clients. View back to the cams in the store, you'll notice 5/28/24 at 3:30-3:40pm. She may helped others, but I wasn't one that she had interest in helping at all.

I recently visited Lane Bryant to find a new bra and received initial assistance with my measurements. Kristy, one of the staff members, began helping me but unexpectedly disappeared during my fitting. Thankfully, Nicole stepped in, checking on me and offering her expert opinion. She helped me try on different styles and was incredibly supportive. While Kristy was polite and friendly, I wish she had informed me that she would be stepping away. Nicole's attentive service was much appreciated and ensured I left with the perfect fit.

Went into the store today in the hopes of finding a jacket. LOL. yes well, I think i must have tried on 50 blouses. The two gals who work there, Kawanna and Sabrenia, are the most good-natured salespeople I've come in contact with. I must have asked them at least 20 times to get a blouse for me because I'm short and couldn't reach them. They do so with a smile and asked me if i needed anything else. I also asked for different sizes while I was in the fitting room. Also, with a smile. I can't tell you how happy I was to spend 3 hours there LOL. I definitely will be returning to this store. Thank you Ladies.

Went in to get assistance with sizing. From the moment I walked in the door, Denise was cheery, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with my needs. She helped me correctly identify my sizing, showed me where to locate items, and assisted with setting me up with a dressing room. Left with purchases that were very needed and a great experience!
